I jump rope for only 5 minutes before class in the morning and I feel energized the whole day, only 5 minutes! It's not intense either. This stuff really helps clear your mind I recommend it

For some of you women out there that have had children. Ive had 3 children delivered naturally and i dont have any incontinence problems, however when jump roping one has to make sure that the bladder is empty otherwise skipping is quite difficult and uncomfortable and more risky. 😉😉😉 I love this activity, it can be done anywhere. Its less stress on the knees and ankles than running 10km daily.

The next day I had pain in my legs/shins etc and thought it was because I skip on the garden patio (concrete). I've purchased a mat and when that arrives I'll use that, but never heard to get past the pain, instead always told NOT to skip on hard surfaces.
