INGREDIENT:
7 - 8 chicken thighs or 3 large chicken breast
SEASONING FOR CHICKEN:
All purpose seasoning
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Blended seasoning (scallion ,thyme,garlic ,pimento ,sweet peppers , scotch bonnet pepper,ginger)
Curry powder
Sweet peppers ( half of each colour )
1 Onion
1 Tbsp ginger
2 tbsps Minced garlic
3 stalks of scallion/green onions chopped up
1 cup coconut milk ( cream )
180 g cream cheese
Black pepper
Salt to taste
Taste & adjust to your liking 😉

Where can I find those small packs of the Betapac curry
Where do u live ? My mom sent them fr Jamaica for me . But I live in England & recently found out that some of the Caribbean store sells the beta Pak curry & they sell “ Portland “ curry powder too which they said is good. Thanks for watching honey

Hey Marilyn , I stated what I use in the video . Sorry that some of my recipes I don’t have exact measurements . That’s the downside about Caribbean cooking for most part we don’t have exacts measurements , we were taught to cook but not with recipes & measurements 🫣. Burning curry makes it bitter
No it doesn’t, not how I do it 😊. When I say burn it , I don’t mean literally burning it .. it means u just have it in the pot cooking it by itself for about 2 mins, it’s like cooking it , giving it headstart so it’s cooked properly . But for sure if you burn , burn the curry then it will be bitter . Thanks for watching & commenting , God bless you
