- Prince Charles and Camilla meet Holly and Phil on the set of This Morning to celebrate the show's 30th anniversary. They also met the hosts of Good Morning Britain and Lorraine.

P. Charles was “pressured” into marrying Diana. It was unfortunate for her but how would anyone like to be FORCED into loving someone?! P. Charles wept the night before he married Diana. He couldn’t marry Camilla because her father published an untruthful engagement notice in Times so that he could force Andrew Parker Bowles to propose to Camilla. During those days anyone who had a “history” was not considered marriage material for royals. Besides, even if Camilla was not involved, the marriage with Diana would not have survived as these two shared NOTHING in common! In addition, all we heard is how Diana was mistreated and hurt. Yet, in all 30 years, Prince Charles has never complained, how broken-hearted he was when he found out that he couldn’t marry Camilla nor did he bad-mouthed Diana about her mood swings, temper tantrums, and manipulative nature. People who against Camilla because she was not as young and good looking as Diana are so "hypocritical", and "discriminating”! Would they be so supportive if Diana were old and ugly?? The fact that P. Charles CHOSE “compatibility and friendship” over “youth and beauty” reflected his true love and character. At the end of the day, isn’t that the quality every woman wants in a man? One may dislike their situation, but “sizzling hatred” and “vicious attacks” are truly uncalled for --- they reflect more of one's own misery and self-hatred! These hateful people need to get a life and move on!

I love princess diana..but she wasn't a match for charles. She was young and they didn't have much in common. I think camilla is a better fit even if it's not the fairytale that the public wants. I feel for camille..it was hard to be compared to diana. To be fair camilla was with charles first... and they were in love but the queen didnt' think she was the right fit for her son.
if they had any ounce of mercy or dignity the LEAST they would do was to treat diana right. charles continuously mistreated her and camilla joined in on it. camilla was one of the ones who URGED charles to marry diana
Did you know that Camila was also engaged at that moment ? She also had two children but ok she just cheated her husband of 10 years with the beautiful and tall prince of England. She married this first guy in 1973 and one kid in 1974 then another in 1978.

BUT it is high time people grew up and stopped throwing spite and vitriol at Charles and Camilla. Charles may have been a bad husband and Camilla 'the other woman' but they do not deserve the level of hate they get. And it is obvious their love is sincere. Charles is a good father and in my view, Diana aside, a decent man. I think he will be a good king. Camilla is the patron of numerous important charities and a dedicated royal who will be our future consort.
So it is time people move on and accept that the Prince and Duchess are right for each other.
Believe it or not it is possible to admire Diana and NOT hate Charles and Camilla

Everywhere else, this confident handling of the function of today's media has been met with great approval, also becauae it equally shows a good deal of populism. Now Camilla and Charles have a seat on a national tv show and here we go... Only a Brit would look at this excellent gesture of going with the times and nostalgically think back glorifying the good old days... as if this up there was the epitome of a kingdom's fall! 😁 If they invited a Gospel choir to Harry and Meghan's wedding just with regard to the bride's cultural background, like the Swedish for instance did at their latest royal wedding with overwhelmingly positive national and international reactions, I'm sure pseudo-patriotic conservatives' heads would explode solemnly to the rhythm. 😛🎺 How can a country's mentality be so narrow-minded, so utterly terrified of loosing ones cultural identity by watching those who represent it make the slightest step forward?! Where does that traditionalist hysteria, which actually reveals a big lack of trust and confidence in your country, come from? As a foreign observer my dear, allow me to say, the function of a monarch has always changed over times, and your kings and queens haven't effectively ruled England or any other country in a hundred years now. Their function is fairly representative and in this day and age, representative figures appear on television. Yes, in a way that turns them into actors and actresses since they have to authentically sell themselves. But that's absolutely fine, there is no need to wish bload-soaked battlefields, colonial tyranny, forced marriages or Tower torturers would come back. ^^ In fact, if your queen and court hadn't managed to go with the times, broadcast coronations, weddings and Christmas speeches, allow interviews and pop concerts for late family members... It's fair to say your royal family would've effectively disestablished itself while Europe's other monarchies are rising to new levels.
