AUNTY SASSY, I heard that they pay 15million naira for student visa, and nigeria 🇳🇬 is the country that were given highest number of visa to come, ....
This content get as e be. No person in Nigeria, with big house in Lekki, big cars, and a decent job, can just uproot and japa like that. I don’t know how old this story is, but a Uber job is not something you get without the requisite papers. Besides, a Uber job is cushiony. You decide how much you want to work, when you want to work, and where you want to work. If this guy could check his ego at the door, he could make a killing being Uber driver. So, no cause for alarm.
Dear Funke, not hating at all...far from it. You sound much better in your natural Nigerian accent, rather than an "unnatural" American accent. This is coming from someone who has lived in the UK for almost 30 years. I am a big fan of yours, and it is the first time I have ever commented on UA-cam. Keep up the good work...and keep it real.
@J R I think you are missing the point. One does not put on one accent 3 days in a week, and another accent the rest of the week. It is an identity. An unnatural accent is inconsistent, can be somewhat high peached and difficult to maintain endlessly in conversations without the natural/original accent coming out every now and then whilst pronouncing words. The japa culture didn't just start yesterday. Africans associate being smart and sofisticated with having a foreign accent. That is why, for example, someone goes to study in Russia for their Master's degree for a year, and return to Nigeria with a British accent. Or study in China and comes back with an Australian + Canadian = American accent etc. Look at the media as another example. Majority of presenters put on accents, as if it is a prerequisite to securing a job. We mock our own indigenous accents as being local. A British man living in Nigeria for 30 years will still sound British, even if he emigrated as a youth or born there. He will associate with his kind to ensure he maintains his roots.
So somebody is getting in front of a camera and posting this kind of ignorant nonsense. Na waa That guy’s kids will get an education He and his family will get top notch health care Please I can go on for ages Nobody will wake up and kidnap him Nobody will make him a victim of armed robbery In short let me stop Why shouldn’t he, if he wants a decent standard of living.
@@SassyFunke That explains why he is unable to get a good job out there. Japa is not for some who is living comfortably in Nigeria, it’s affordable to people who where struggling back home and are mostly single. Abroad isn’t heaven or a place here u pick money on the ground as most of y’all think
Mad o 😅…
The grass is t greener on the other side .
I am sure that he is claiming benefits in a different name and living well
Nigeria millionaire na Top manager salaries in UK
She lost me as soon as she mentioned "Big house in Lekkie!,Big cars! decent job!".. Anybody can make money and aquire these in naija but what skills have they got? Sadly, UK will consider your skills above paper degrees and thats why people struggle.
Uber is good Busnz every Busnz registered in UK is legit
Uber is a good job.
AUNTY SASSY, I heard that they pay 15million naira for student visa, and nigeria 🇳🇬 is the country that were given highest number of visa to come, ....
Bcos they know we are mumu and we love to be enslaved! 😂😂
If you're doing well in your country why leave???
Uber good nah ...
warning ⚠️ NEVER RELOCATE TO LONDON ....UK COST OF LIVING IS NOT FUNNY
If you are well established in Africa, don't bother yourself going to live in Europe or America.
UK kehhhhhhh
This content get as e be. No person in Nigeria, with big house in Lekki, big cars, and a decent job, can just uproot and japa like that. I don’t know how old this story is, but a Uber job is not something you get without the requisite papers. Besides, a Uber job is cushiony. You decide how much you want to work, when you want to work, and where you want to work. If this guy could check his ego at the door, he could make a killing being Uber driver. So, no cause for alarm.
If he is triam send im wife to uk before he go ,e lose her 2 seconds.Europe na scam, remain small he go understand
That is where he is going to lose his wife to another man . I can bet it with you
Nonsense! If you are that comfortable why are you going to look for work overseas? The story doesn’t add up.
What are your thoughts on this?
Dear Funke, not hating at all...far from it. You sound much better in your natural Nigerian accent, rather than an "unnatural" American accent. This is coming from someone who has lived in the UK for almost 30 years. I am a big fan of yours, and it is the first time I have ever commented on UA-cam. Keep up the good work...and keep it real.
@Onyx B unfortunately I prefer her to speak naturally, that accent is not flowing. ..

Those who want to Japa should 1st Japa to Phrankleen channel. Never jump in a body of water w/o knowing the depth. You’ll either sink or swim.
Change is coming…..
Madam, you’re preaching to the choir. This information or advice isn’t necessary.
So somebody is getting in front of a camera and posting this kind of ignorant nonsense.
Na waa
That guy’s kids will get an education
He and his family will get top notch health care
Please I can go on for ages
Nobody will wake up and kidnap him
Nobody will make him a victim of armed robbery
In short let me stop
Why shouldn’t he, if he wants a decent standard of living.
Dry gist
Nothing is here
You mentioned Uba as if it's a dirty job most of you in this social media are just berifed of ideas
Question? Is the guy a UK citizen?
No he is not
@@SassyFunke That explains why he is unable to get a good job out there. Just like you said, he would have allowed his wife and kids to go first so that he can survey the area even he could be coming from time to time to see if they were opportunities out there before making that decision to JAPA!!!!
I too have a friend in that predicament and at this point he is confused because he has sold his business and it has been 5 years so to pick up from where he started; it is really tough for him
@@MrChuchu20 Wow. I can't imagine how tough it is for your friend. I think people need more education on the reality to japa before making such life changing decisions
Doesn't look like it but even if he did, he will be treated like a newbie cos he won't have had experience, depending on his expertise.
@@SassyFunke That is the problem! they feel that the grass is always greener out there. Probably in their minds there feel, if I can make it in a tough country like naija; maybe they can make it abroad, but most times it doesn't work out that way.
He told you lies
You are a pessimist. Maybe them no give you visa!
