I need to lose weight, but I agree with you so very difficult as we get older. When I was younger I could change what I ate and the weight came off. Now more difficult. Metabolism changes with age I suppose. Your yogurt and strawberries looked good so I hope you enjoyed them after the filming. I always like to catch glimpses of your dog and the visitor dog. I found it amusing that you have a dog who doesn’t like walking - but at that age in dog years, it is probably why I don’t either! I used to go on walking holidays but now find my back and knees hurt, and get short of breath so easily. Next time show us Betsy and Mabel. Enjoy your weekend and days with the family.

I’m 61 and find it much harder now. I unfortunately have a sweet tooth and the will power is hard to keep going. I know it’s going to take a long time for me to shift it. I am coeliac so I have to stick to gluten-free diet which is hard and I have been trying to cut out gluten-free bread and cakes and seem to have lost some weight. I don’t really need to lose weight luckily but I’m just trying to be healthier. I also do intermittent fasting and eat at 1 o’clock and I usually have fresh fruit yoghurt and a sprinkling of granola I also suffer from IBS so can’t eat too many vegetables either. Thank you for always making me smile with your videos. I hope you enjoy seeing your family and hope your brother and sister-in-law have a lovely Ruby wedding anniversary. I once lost a lot of weight with Slimmimg World and have several revisits but just cannot cope with the amount of food they encourage you to eat and feel as though my life is so food orientated on their diet. My next cruise looms so near now and I have e had to buy new evening dresses because of my bulges! That’s not good is it. I blame all these holidays we are having….one step forward and two back with weight! Only myself to blame I do acknowledge. But each day is a new start! So encouraged by you I am “on it”. Hi Tina, Each to their own with diets I say, we're all different and what works for some won't for others. I try to be more active and do alot of different classes on UA-cam. That works for me, if I can't get out I put on a walking vlog... there's lots out there to follow. Just staying active and not too sedentary is the key I think 😊

I love strawberries blueberries and Tesco cream fields fat free yogurt on a sweet omelette …. 2 eggs whisked with a teaspoon honey and done like an omelette it’s delicious and so easy x

Hello Tina,,,The word diet is so negative,,I use improvement plan..I went from 193 to 153 over a. 8 month period. No diet plan just cutting out excessive sweets,chips,candy and my favorite dessert Ice cream..I gave up nothing just now eat more sensibly. ❤
Hello Tina. I’ve been doing low carb since January 1st. As you say, it’s ok at home but going out can be very difficult. When I’m out I just try and choose the best option then get back to it properly afterwards. If you miss bread, there are some good low carb options out there which make it easier to stick to. It’s a lifestyle for me now due to diabetes and I’ve been taken off meds now as the diet is working but if I didn’t have diabetes I’m not sure I’d have the motivation to do it all the time.

Yes I saw that. I do take magnesium but it hasn’t helped mine. I take magnesium to get better sleep. Mine has been particularly bad lately. Must be an age thing

Just occurred to me that a good meal replacement diet would be replacing unhealthy meals for healthy meals 😂 I know how hard it is as I have 8 stone to lose as well as IBS & T2 diabetes. Good luck
Morning Tina. Well done on losing weight. It is so hard to get motivated. My daughter has lost 3 and half stone since two weeks before xmas. I prefer savoury over sweet and crisps are my big downfall. I'm happy if I could graze all day lol. Don't have big meals and hardly eat any bread or potatoes. Just wish i could stop snacking. Hi Tina I know about Karen’s husband as my best friend had the same so I know what she is going through. You are allowed bread on a diet I was in Slimming world a long time ago. Do what you can in the diet as you get older it’s not the same. I have an under active thyroid and find it hard to lose weight. If you eat what you fancy . You can eat eggs. If you like fish that’s even better. No one expects miracles Tina as we are older than the others. You could have a fruit salad for a dessert . I have mobility issues with fibromyalgia and I cannot walk far. If you know what fibre is you would have sympathy with me lol Anyway see you in the next one x
Hi Tina I have just had blueberries and skyre fat free vanilla yogurt and a drizzle of honey .I find the yogurt so thick and tasty not keen on natural yogurt .I walk every day even if just round the block .Have you ever watched ASLICEOFJESS videos her latest one is all about healthy eating and how much weight she lost .she is a lot younger than us but she talks so much sense .Looking forward to your next videos good luck take care and thank you .❤X

Just FYI for chia seeds, you have to soak them first, it's not good to eat them dry, soak them in milk, almond milk, or yogurt

I have a friend who has fibromyalgia. It can be so debilitating. So sorry it must make it really hard for you

Warburtons do a nice wee wholemeal loaf that has no added sugar, It’s only 55 calories a slice.
