My Orlandoo Hunter OH32A03 Defender review article: www.supermotox...
Check out my latest build and test drive on the new 4th release of ORLANDOO HUNTER 1:32 scale OH32A03 Land Rover Defender 110 micro crawler. Among all my collection of ORLANDOO's the Defender is the most detailed and scale looking model based on similar legendary classic Camel Throphy events; very iconic among R/C scaler and 4x4 enthusiast. The build slightly difficult when it comes to bodyshell detailing but the crawling capabilities and agility are above its older sibling the 3rd gen Pajero but won't beat the Jeep yet. Overall its the coolest and scale looking micro crawler in my fleet! ...ah! yes! waiting for 2nd build Orlandoo Defender soon!

Glad you remember that classic game! good to meet ya 4x4evo'er ;)
This is exactly why I checked the comments
That 4x4 Evo Love right in the feels...
Yup! Nostalgic 👍
Very good video Orlandoo Hunter
Thanks. ☺️
I had the Jeep a while, which I've ruined a bit by now, so I've just built the defender and moved all my good parts over (metal shocks, metal rims, wheel weights, tyres, etc). It's a great little car. I also read the post on supermotoxl you did and have a tip for the steering. On the front axle there's the small screw that holds the axle end cap on, the steering arm on the wheel hub will hit this preventing it from turning any more. If you remove that screw, you can cut off that tiny little plastic collar of the hole, then cut a little off the tip of the screw. Doing this will get you a few more degrees of steering angle (to the point the tyres are rubbing the springs).
Awesome tips Drew! I did test it out and it works well with extra throw on the steering. Super thanks. :D
@@Supermotoxl I have one more method to get even more steering, but it's difficult to get it even. You can use the f150 C-hub on the a3 center axle, but you'd need to use some rubber tube so the axle can sit in the hub properly. This will allow you to use the f150 wheel hub with the a3 axles and gives a considerable extra steering throw, although this is probably far too much in my opinion as it goes far enough to bind the cvd. Downside though is as I said before, getting it balanced properly is very difficult, also because of using the larger f150 parts, there's less clearance near the wheels.
That said, I did run this on my Jeep after I broke the suspension rod mount on the C-Hub and ordered the wrong parts tree. Made the Jeep turn almost on a dime.
I don't have a spare C-Hub to test them out but its good to know the possibility of such mods but i'm not going to pull out from my existing F-150 since it my 'precious' but only if i have spares.
is the shorter jeep better or worse ?
@@S14AA depends what you're looking for in a crawler
Nice build and that is a really cool little indoor course!!
Thanks for the compliments, it will go some upgrades soon with vegetation and workshop replicas inside the cave. ;)
Qué material as usado y como lo as pegado entre el sin derretirlo, yo lo intente con poliestireno y loctite de derrite
Brilliant track !!!
Thanks. :)
um dos melhores que já vi até hoje. Show
UA-cam ads are getting crazy these days
I feel you man.
What adhesive did you use on the rubber mud flaps? I've tried everything!
I used the 3M double sided tape that supplied in the Orlandoo kit.
What RPM engine? I have the defender and it came with a 500 but was way too fast. I replaced it with a 200 but it's still quick for crawling. Is yours a 100 or 80?
Mines running at 120rpm.
Did you solder the cables yo the resiever and the controller or comes with the plugs
Yes i soldered directly as shown here: www.supermotoxl.com/resources/gallery/my-technologies-hobbies/ground-based-models/32-orlandoo-defender-110-oh32a03-4wd-crawler/photo11-27013.html
The direction of my defender is tilted to the right. It doesn't seem to be the axis. It just doesn't turn much left and the control has its settings well. how can I do? thanks
Make sure the length of the linkages/rods that connect from axle to the center chassis are of equal measurement. I used to have the same problem and solve by correcting the length of the linkage/rods. Even 0.1 milimeters error can have devastating effect.
Thank you!!
I may get one in a few months, but first I want the pajero (to get them in order.) As always, great video!!! :)
Thanks for the compliments, hope you enjoy building your Pajero soon. Its a blast truck to crawl. :)
@@Supermotoxl thanks, just finished my f150. I painted it grey with black trim and did a dually setup. Crawl on!
@@thecia5122 Glad to hear, enjoy crawling. 😀
What motor did you use? how much rpm? thank you
I use 120rpm
what battery did you use? you think this is ok? E-flite 7.4V 280mAh 2S 30C LiPo Battery
I used 6.0v 400mah Nimh pack and also 2s 7.4v 250mah 30 lipo pack. Your 2s 280mah from Eflite should work too. :)
@@Supermotoxl thank you bro
@@vatossan you're welcome. 👍

Nice

Its running on 80rpm.
@@Supermotoxl thank you for your info
Thanks for info
whats so extream about this ? nice looking easy course but extream ?
Its a huge obstacles for a tiny crawler if you look at the step angle of attack from various section. 😀
@@Supermotoxl but its fixed terrain nothing loose run it outside in the real world
all orlandoos based off a03 chassis
@@timmerz8569 Indeed but i have bigger size for outside activity. Smaller ones are great for freetime or in the rain/winter activity.
@@Supermotoxl i run orlandoos outside in snow too
What charger do you use?
I used IMAX B6 charger.
@@Supermotoxl is the port on the battery just a balance port? Or is it a different port?
