I saw Juliette Lewis once and she was hungover at a dennys at 2pm before she did a show in my town and we wer wearing the same leather pants and i bummed a smoke off her. It was the best moment of my entire fucking life. Natural born killers has always been my all time favorite i fucking adore everything she does.

Umm a lot of us use the word “My band” it’s not pretentious, it’s just how people say it. It’s always either “I’m the lead singer of the band-“ or “I’m the lead singer in my band-“.

I know this is an old comment but it made me laugh. The girl is a pretty girl sadly quite deluded though. She def. doesn't sound like a Black woman - Aretha or Patti LaBelle etc a lot of ppl of her type the Joss Stones or Amy winehouse's even Adele's will never ever in a million years get that unique sound, its because its a dna thing. she still is talented and super pretty with a great body but needs to develop her own style, be a rock chick, nothing wrong with sounding like Stevie Nicks or Joan Jett - look at Pink wen she first blew up...her label tried to market her as the r&b wyte girl version of Beyonce but she eventually got put back in the pop section with a bit of rock and she fit that style because it was closer to her authentic self, she even said she felt like a fraud wen she had to do the rnb thing...no shade for this girl its just, its ok to change lanes but there are some lanes that you just need to stay in and this is a perfect example.
