SUPERCHAT TTS GUIDE! Use these tips to avoid having Plankton (Text-To-Speech) skip your superchat:
1: There is a threshold for how much a superchat needs to be for it to be read aloud by TTS. Usually its 5 American dollars, but on streams where I want to be interrupted less it may be set higher.
2: TTS goes by American currency, so be mindful of exchange rates. If you donate 5 Canadian dollars, UA-cam will list it in the chat as CA $5.00, but this is only $3.74 in USD and will be skipped.
3: When donating from an IOS device, a penny will be rounded off, turning a 5 dollar superchat into a $4.99 superchat. Apparently this is Apple taking their cut? $4.99 superchats are SOMETIMES read by TTS, but sometimes are not. I wouldn't risk it, so you can either superchat a higher amount or just send superchats from a PC.
4: Be patient! It can take up to 6 minutes for Plankton to read a superchat. It also sometimes reads them out of order.
5: If you send a horny/lascivious/vulgar superchat and it annoys me enough, I may tell the mods to mute or ban you. You've been warned!
6: If after following these rules your superchat is STILL skipped, let a mod know and they'll screenshot it and send it to me, and I'll read it aloud myself at the end of the show.
I'll leave some spoiler friendly tips here in case you read it :)
1- take in account that books of enlightenment are VERY limited I would recommend that you save it until you get another one bc you I'll need them.
2-when you get a coin flip you can hold shift to use two coins instead of one increasing your probabilities of success (but you'll waste 1 lucky coin.
3- when you encounter moonless again (the green dog) talk to him.
4- ALWAYS look the bookshelfs, you'll find the most useful and broken spells and also craftings recipes there are really helpful.
5- if you find an empty scroll and the chat tells you how to use it. you REALLY should save right before using it
(You don't want to make a mistake and lost the most valuable item from the game)
6- i think in the exploration part you're doing pretty well. Basically, if you manage to save your game, don't be afraid
to just exploring and trying things, if you die you have the save so it doesn't matter
7- you can save the girl in the cage once you get a red vial or a small key.
8- if you get a throwing dart, save it for a very strong enemy and throw it to the torso (for no reason that item is broken and rare to get use it wisely)
AND HAVE FUN (i love this game and I'm glad you do too)
You don't even need the key to save the girl if you have the lockpicking skill (aka you chose the first character and chose him to be a burglar, imo that's the perfect character for starting funger)

generally, i agree. however, when he talks about "more mechanically rich rpgs" and then proceeds to not even equip new weapons - it is a bit brain numbing lol
What killed me was seeing him eat moldy bread for no reason, then like 5 minutes later comment on how many items he had in his inventory. You know, like FOOD. That WASN'T MOLDY.
I wish I had the patience to play a game like this, but with so many endings and possibilities and rng I’d lose my mind. Would love to see Max learn about the insane lore

This has to be one of the most annoying chats I have ever seen on any streaming site, just a glimpse can drive anyone insane
idk if you read these but the best way to learn to play this game is to experiment. experiment experiment experiment. if you get your arms chopped off for example and think the run is over; try doing something you didnt dare to do before. see what it does. experimentation is key here.
(just in case to prove my validity, i have like 70 ish hours in the game right now)

1:08:16 That’s cuz the dungeon’s feeding off of you. Spoiler alert but it’s a living thing. Stepping foot inside the dungeons is the equivalent of entering inside a stomach and swimming in the stomach acids. On top of it being alive, it’s also part of the pantheon of Old Gods: a race of primordial beings who created the world and are also responsible for most of suffering that takes place in it.
Saving Legarde dramatically expands the lore and vasty increases the amount of variables in interactions, and even those variables have variables.
But you’re unlikely to ever get to him without playing yhe game a lot or reasing a guide, and even then one of your toosn

What makes the symptoms of autism a thing is that they superficially look like normal person things, but in excess.
Simply put, think about peeing.
Everyone pees, but when you do it too often, that’s a sign something is wrong.
Now, everyone hates unwanted noise, but if the noise overloads your senses to point you shut down and even cry, that’s not typical.

The amount of back seating gremlins you have in chat are annoying. They won't even let you play and get a feel for the game before screaming "tips" at you. Don't know where this subset of Fear and hunger fans came from but they suck all the fun out of these livestreams by being too helpful. It reminds me of how the undertale fanbase used to harass people to play how they wanted.

@@covencafe8687 It's not a fact of first playthrough, it's overall. Enky is for the skilled players sure, but locust swarm already makes him better than Ragnvaldr. That spell is absolutely broken and trivializes any fight that stun works on.
