I have a cut60. And I beat the crap out of that machine at work. And still cuts amazingly. Iv been looking into the arcdroid for awhile now and this video makes me want it that much more.( especially that it is compatible with the cut60) Nice plasma table ! It gives me good ideas for my own table build . Awesome video man!
Arcdroid is very cool, it's on my list of stuff to get for my shop, maybe this winter time. Glad you like it and appreciate your honesty while using it. I'd be the same, don't know much about autocad, but I do like cardboard aided design, lol!
@@Codyscustomcreations right on! Yeah man, for sure, the simple trace is what sold me on it! I'll have to get one for sure, I feel like it's the perfect device for hobbyists, small foot print, so easy to store and easy to use. My plasma is just collecting dust, so I feel like with the Acrdroid at least I'd get some more use out of it.
Great vid. One side note which you may know by now but in the vid you mentioned the postflow was set high and eluding to why it went for so long and burnt a larger hole in the triangle corner That post flow is only air for cooling once the arc extinguishes and does not have a bearing how long the arc is struck. That would be in the tune aettings of the arcdroid. Would love to see some more new arcdroid footage.
I own a Primeweld Cut60 and want to buy an Arcdroid but their website doesn't list PW as being compatible. Users are reporting issues in the forum with the PW machine in the Arcdroid forums. Have you experienced any issues since this video? Thanks!
I am working on building a table for a future arcdroid purchase. I have seen conflicting dimension information for the 1/4 baseplate it's mounted on. I've seen 10inches deep but given a 15.75in wide as well as 20in wide and don't k iwnwhat is accurate. Could I impose on you to measure the length and width of that 1/4 plate on your arcdroid? Thank you very much in advance.
We love seeing what our customers build with the tools we sell. Thanks for the thanks and shoutouts! We also love seeing our decals in your videos!
Thanks for the great customer service and the great tools you sell! 10/10!

I’m just starting to get into CAD and there is a lot to it! The simple trace on the Arcdroid definitely makes life easier!

Yup I eventually figured that out haha thanks! And I will have to do a updated video on the Arcdroid 👍🏼
Very Cool! Welcome to the Fold My Friend!
Thanks! I’m very happy with my new Arcdroid!
Keep your post-flow at 10 seconds minimum; preferably longer. Post-flow protects your torch from premature heat failure.
Okay thanks for the tip!! 👍🏼
Would recommend that Primeweld come out with an accessory that you can purchase to make your plasma compatible with Arcdroid already pre done.

forsure! the base plate is 15.750 x 10
How big of an air Compressor.do you need to run the Plasm cutter... I have a thirty gallon air pressor.
Mine is a 20 gallon and it keeps up no problem
Question for you if you don’t mind, what Table are you using? appreciated!
The table started out as a cheap welding table then I modified it to be a plasma table
Was your plasma cutting table diy or purchased? If the latter what is it called & from where?
It started as a cheap plasma table from princess auto then I added the bottom section
Nice
Heads up for Alibre users. Their CAD does not support plasma
So the plasma cutter is separate?
Yes unless you buy it as a kit
