When painting the wheels, let the air out and slip playing cards in between the rubber and the rim all the way around. A dollar store deck of cards will do a couple 10" wheels. Then you dont need to tape off the rubber along the edge of the wheel. Easiest way.

I worked on one of those and I drilled small little pencil hole size drill into the air box and send out the foam in the air box and just left everything the way it was and we got it to 52 Mi an hour and it'll do burnouts take the air box and drill eraser size pencil holes in it one at a time and then we did four and send out the phone and tune it up and it went 52 miles an hour did burnouts on one of those exact models of scooter we didn't even put the expansion chamber on it was the stock Muffler everything 52 mph

There’s absolutely NO way for you to know or even begin to know how your videos just make my day! As a previously told you, I used to race stock cars strip only cars, an open wheel wing sprint cars. I am now in a power chair and this kind of stuff just gets my blood pumping all over again! Are you screen share on my television and show my wife all of your videos. i mentioned collin furze in the last video from you , he make the shifter through the bottom of the mobillity cart , basicly two small round pedals with a rod on the back fitted through two small pieces of pipe and ontoo a t shaped crank the front pedal shifts up the back pedal shifts down pushing on the top of the T shaped crank the bottom of the T has a rod toward the engines shifter , pretty simple setup but looks good with all the covers over it

allso measure left front right rear and vice versa to make sure its square you probably allready seen it before but collin furze has a few how to videos on converting these to gaspower i think the guy invented the gas powered immobillity cart craze and done quite a few of them , think he even holds the record on the quarter mile (said the little tires wherent up to it and he was scared of blowing them up after crossing the finish line at speed )
