I just got done with a stressful situation. There is a crisis in the family, and I was visiting my father-in-law. Being an empath, I was absorbing all of the grief he was carrying like a psychic sponge. As a matter of fact, the first night I was at the family house, I had a terrible nightmare which included a visit from his dead mother who told me about a family member named Johnny. I had never met the person, and was never told anything about him prior to this. There were no pictures of such a person in the family house either. Johnny's family had a rift because of a terrible incident...similar to what my father-in-law has been dealing with.
His mother was talking to me to warn him by drawing a parallel to an event that had already happened, which is apparently something she did often!
Anyway, the past week has been very draining on me. This video came at exactly the right time. Thank you so much.
I have been working through ancestral trauma and what your describing here is exactly what this ancestor was telling you. So many patterns live in families with unresolved issues. Whatever is happening, you are receiving this information and perhaps there is a way to transmute this cycle. How this happens is something an energy therapist or shaman could help you with.

This actually made me aware of hooks have had in other ppl. I feel like these hooks are rooted in fear. It's one thing to remove hooks from yourself, it's something much more to remove hooks you've put in others. Then my brain goes down the rabbit hole wondering... hoping the other person feels the release. Then an overcomplicated thought process of how that leads to them being able to remove hooks they've put in others. And so on and so forth. It's like those commercials where one kind act follows another through inspiration.
