The beat used is from MF GRIMM's "Howl" but where I sourced the instrumental from was from "Hidden Herbs" (a fan-made collection of MF DOOM instrumental, oddly "HOWL" was not produced by MF DOOM, but actually by Dr. Butcher, regardless.. I just liked how the vocals sounded on this instrumental).
