Oh my goodness, how beautiful and richly satisfying to the soul. I have been trying to grow from a basic pianist, but just haven't Bern able to grasp numbering especially in different keys. You have brought it together and so simplistically. I am going to follow this group and when I am employed, I will make a gift all because of this video (what it taught me/how it freed me). Thank you, God bless you!
Really good stuff, what I like about this tutorial is that, you taught a method and that was brilliant not just copy what I’m doing. God bless you brother
I like what you're doing , I practice what you taught on 1,4, chord you taught last. Pls ensure you take it slowly so that we can read your fingers on the piano, from Nigeria.
Basically transition to the minor 3 (or flat 3) of each proceeding key, so start on any key C > Eb > Gb > A > C (video example) D > F > Ab > B > D E > G > Bb > C# > E A > C > Eb > Gb > A (shuffle of video example!)
Absolutely brilliant and beautiful, can you please for me, tell us what keys you are playing, it’s hard to see exactly what you’re playing at times, thanks
im a beginner for piano I like the sounds but i dont really understand much about how to play the or certain chords over each other etc. do you mayb have a beginners video explaining like scales or like chords played over each other? God bless
sounds great! may i know what kind of chord progession is that? i mean what is the rule in that kind of Chord progression changing the key in every progression..
Same question!! I want to use it in others keys.. Is any rule there?? Excelent progression and great channel! God bless u!! I am learning a lot thanks to you.
The rule is that I’m going up minor thirds. So I’m going from C-Eb-Gb-A. BUT, I’m playing the IV and I/iii of each scale. C (F- C/E), Eb ( Ab-Eb/G) etc. thanks for watching
@@youngeshmoney It rotates through four keys, C -> Eb -> F# -> A -> C. Each time go up a minor third or 3 half-steps. So the rotation that Davin did also works if you start with Eb, F# or A, because you just start on a different key and go through the same cycle. The other possible cycles are C# -> E -> G -> Bb -> C# D -> F -> Ab -> B -> D

PoetEDTV thanks for the compliment
Please zoom the video sizes
does your choice of chord progression has something to do with chromatic median?
mark dommel aceveda not really, it’s based of the diminished scale to some degree
3 years later, but I would say yes. He's modulating by a chromatic mediant each time he changes key
i was saying ''so nice''
I will like your camera positioned 90 degree to your keyboard
Hope you understand me
Check out our new videos. This is from 2018. Gotta start somewhere.
nice😎
You're good bro. But I can barely understand your lesson due to finger placement and camera positioning
If I am going to use these chords for an intro, what should be the first key for the verse part?
Marvin Marcelo the first Key is C , but you start on F, thanks for watching
Sir,
This tutorial done on which key??
Multiple😂
