Bosch ME7.3.1 bench reading

In this video i bring u how to read on bench the Bosch ME7.3.1 from Alfa Fiat Lancia Opel using Kess.
Even if the tools say OBD reading, obd reading is not possible. You still have to take Ecu out and read via connector!

Hi dear my écu has blocked while writing lambda off. Me7.6.2 Opel astra h. Non i cant write or read my écu vi obd. Can you tell me which adapter i use for kess? And if is the same pin out as the yours? Thank you for replay

Hi, thanks for the video! Are you sure that you cannot read this ecu via obd in boot mode? I've done that with an fgtech tool, is it possible that i will be missing some data?

im not sure with fgtech at least kess wont read OBD! casue it needs the boot pin to ground to enter boot mode!

With fgtech ou can, you just have to put the pin n°20 to ground, leaving the connectors on for the reading. Thank you for the answer :)
