Thanks for posting this. This really helped. Got ours two years ago, but canceled our trip. Just set it up now and the instructions were horrible. Was helpful to see you it set up so I could see what went where. I marked the clips meant for the red pole with a small amount of twist tie so I could quickly identify them with everything flapping around in the wind. I expect the next time I set it up to go much more smoothly and quickly.
Just to clarify, I have the Bass Pro branded version. The instructions are a small paper tag sewn inside. Worthless. There is zipper on the case. It’s impossible to shove everything down the long case.
Thank you for the recommendation on marking the corners with respective of the poles!! That would have been really helpful. I could do fine in my garage but was a struggle in the wind on the beach 😂. I kept the poles in tact with the fabric instead though. I take the poles apart but kept the main in the front & back. I just fold the poles and roll really tight. All fit back into the bag!
Got this yesterday I didn't think it would be big so I tried getting it set up in the living room 🤦🤣 biggest mistake the poles didn't fit on my living room 😂 had to fold it back and put it away 🤦
Thanks for the great review. After watching this, i decided to get a shade umbrella instead. I only need it to last a season on weekends since I live in a harbor. I like the simplicity of the umbrella.

Don't use a sharpie! Go purchase colored electrical tape and simply wrap a a small piece to identify the rods that go together.
Good review but a little step by step would've been nice. Wasted time watching a video that didnt help at all
