This is what i want to see! I can't wait to see how Phantom is going to durability test these! Im definitely rooting for the Demibot! i was really surprised it was one of the lighter frames in this round up, but the Demibot has a severe flaw that the clone called the Aquaman fixed since ummagawd wouldn't, the battery weight isn't supported well so the bottom rear plate will crack and break eventually due to it flexing under power and the clone has added 2 standoffs to fix that issue, plus it doesn't have the slotted vtx holes where it cracks. They also made the arms a little beefier then the Demibot, so i assume its definitely heavier, i never weighed mine. But so far my clone has taken more abuse then the originals did...

I’ve flown the Demibot, Flyfish, and Vanny pro. The Vanny had held up the best. I broke the Flyfish like the 2nd time out and it sucked to build. I used the impulserc warranty on a reverb and it went smoothly. I can’t wait to see your results.
My only kwads are Oily Rigs, they take a bashing from this rookie and they're holding up pretty well. I can't wait for the next edits, you're definitely gonna have some fun 💯❤️🔥

Lolol...230g on the Volador is a far cry from the 199.xxg w/TPU claimed on the Flyfish website...😂 That's an absolute brick of a frame. But I hear they're great. I just built two of their other frames in the last couple months, and the quality is outstanding! Suuuper excited about this series, bro!! This'll stop the bickering in the groups over durability. Ha! Excellent question. I see a lot of pilots getting frames and motors but guess it's not in the cards for me. Tried to do a run of motors with Lumenier, even offered to pay for the whole thing...never contacted me back. Not a big enough pilot I guess. Thanks brotha man!
@@PhantomFPV my biggest issues with the vanny 1. first kit had cheap screws that stripped out. 2. Arms consistently break within the first inch and a half from mid plate. 3. Prop selection, no 5.1 anything. 4.9 max or slice your battery corners goodbye. 4. He came out with the pro 2 weeks after I got my second built.🤣 IMO just get the Pirat Shorty if you want a great toilet tank frame. Yes I have broken arms but nowhere near as easily as my previous frame. I really wanted to like the Vanny but it wasn't for me. Maybe your luck will be better. I still say get the Shorty for toilet or the Punch for School bus/breadloaf/how most run their packs lls. And you want good packaging? Bruh.. Eco friendly tube that's good for storage, every part individually bagged minus some tpu bits. I'm not even gonna mention that I can't strip a torx head as easily as a button... The only reason I wrote all this mess is cuz your the homie and I hate to see you go through my frustrations and wasted money. @piratframes get this man a frame stat! 🏴☠🏴☠🏴☠ Love ya bro and stay safe!
Did you test the original Vannystyle or the new pro? I fly a Demibot but recently started building a Vanny pro. Almost done. Everyone i know that flies it says its a solid frame. Should be a great video i know you fly hard homie.

I wish you would’ve added Quadmula. I love my F35 frame. It flies nice but I somehow have broken the bottom plate at the back left standoff. I haven’t even have a serious crashes. But hey that’s fpv. I can full speed into a building and no damage or lovetap the ground and break plates, standoffs and motors
Big fan of Quadmula, and the F35 especially as I have two of those builds (one kiss and one bf). Not sure I'd qualify the F5 as a basher, tho, so I get why it wouldn't be included in this group.
@@derek.bodner I can understand that. I just figured since it is a super popular frame that throwing it in with other solid popular frames may show, good or bad, its durability. I believe that like the AOS, it would be a great frame for vibration and flight characteristics but maybe not the best for bando, concrete bashing. It’s just not made for that.
I think the AOS5 is said to be extremely durable, for the weight. and my experience is the same, it’s very light, but also not as weak as others in similar weight classes
@@memefpv for 130 grams id expect it to be around as durable as others in the weight class. But you also have to understand that the aos isnt designed for durability, its designed for resonance characteristics. I designed a frame cut out of t700 that I have yet to break an arm in (5mm) and comes in at 125 grams. We need more t700 frames. They are just more durable.
I have 3x Tanqs since August 23 and flown them hard, not broke at all just a few age related marks, I fly 03 and can't use an action camera due to weight. Volador II I have x2 in 03, and these fly amazingly, but the arms snap on hard crashes. My AOS-5 V5 with SUPERNOVA motors is an absolute savage so Fasst so far, I'm injury free, and only ND filters are broken. So far.

I got the oily and loflo, apex 5 and tbs source one rocking this year! All have held up to my style but the oily is stout and a brick! 🧱 I love the loflo setup the best. Ttank is my stuff now.
FYI, don't try running Ethix props on the Vanny. 5.1 props will clip the battery, ask me how I know. I will also add it is not very durable at all. I would break an arm every week, sometimes 2. Finally gave up on it and moved on to the Pirat Shorty. Much more durable and no 03 upgrade kit required like the 2 vannystyles I gave away. Never tried the pro because the way this one left me angry 🤣
