how come some monsters register quickly and others you kill so many and it won't register?

The higher mobs with 1 star difficulty are harder and longer to get for some reason and the lower lvl mobs with 1 star are shorter and easier to get

Kanna has a skill that makes more mobs to sprout, so you'll kill more mobs for the same time!
Monster collection counts towards all of your reboot characters ? So it's the same for all characters and not each individual character right
