When I saw the notification and saw its more than 30 minutes I thought I will just watch 5 mins coz there is nothing for me to learn or experience for me in this video. However, you guys took me through my memory lane and made me watch all 37 minutes 51 seconds. I have gone through all of these and more in last 10 years and actually many times during that time. I was all like nostalgic and scenes from my life flashed before me when you guys were going through your experience. The funny part is that I am going to go through all of these again in another 3 weeks time. I think it would have been better if you guys mentioned which stream of IT you are in and the type of work and what certification you did and all that, so people can get a bit more idea on it. Anyways I know the difficulty in moving to a different country and get settled there so congrats on that and all the very best for wonderful future !!

IT folks need to update their skill set with the latest technologies. Now there is good demand for Cloud related technologies. Make sure your resume has those technologies spelled out with version numbers if possible.

My experience was same, I came here in 2011 feb with my family as you guys... came across similar experience .. by April 15th I had 2 offers and was confused which one to choose ... The recruiter of the job which I dropped told the same thing that this is a small market pulling out and offer after accepting will give a bad impression.That's not true I changed my job 3 times working with a one of the big 4 bank now.
