Ahh call of pripyat how nostalgic I remember the first thing I always did starting a new playthrough (mod or original) is killing any bandit's in sight while collecting supplies or artifacts then sell off evrything I didn't need for funding my food and meds supplies(and potentially get a bear detector)I would then sleep for about 10 days then go artifact hunting I would rack in about 40k and repeat the process granted depending on the difficulty and mod the experience varies but all in all fun times!

clear sky doesnt fuck around man, entering cordon for the first time and dealing with the military MG really sets the tone
