- UNBOXING MY EPSON WORKFORCE WF-7820 PRINTER
Hello Cricuters!
I am finally getting this EPSON WORKFORCE 7820 out of the box. In this quick video, I will share the SPECS and my initial thoughts about the size.
I will review the paper trays, document feeder, width, and depth of the EPSON WORKFORCE 7820. I will not turn it on; but stay tuned for the next video where I will get my cartridges ready to start converting this printer for sublimation.
I purchased this printer because it is capable of being converted for sublimation. But the primary purpose of adding a new sublimation printer, is so that I can print larger images. This printer is capable of being converted and printing images up to 13 X 19.

Wow! I now know which printer I want for sublimation! Again you are so Wonderful for sharing all your knowledge!
You are so welcome!
Yes its finally out the box.. waiting on the next one!!!
🤣😂🤣😂
Oh the beautiful things you will make! Can’t wait to see you work this one as well.
Thank you so much! We shall see.
This printer is HUGE! What a big machine 👍🏻
I'm kinda scared of it 😬
That is a big printer! Looking forward to seeing all the projects you do with it.
Don't know if you found out already, but don't pull the draw out
that is over the paper cassette, you could damage it
once you print something it opens automatically and
when you are done touch
the screen and under the home button
touch that and it will automatically close
I hope this helps
Thank you!
This is cool seems like a lot more connections
Yeah, I counted 4. It didn't come with a cord to connect the printer to the computer.
Good video thanks
Thank you
I got this and yes it it big and heavy, not sublimated yet, but on my way cause the
replacement ink will break the bank !
🥺🥺🥺
Yeah I think replacing it with all extra large cartridges is like $120 for that printer
I wish you had a video about the printer and show it in use.

Very helpful. Thank you! I have subscribed. I'm considering this printer. Does it have a san disk slot? Can you attach a card reader? Or is it decent w transferring pix to print? Thanks
I don't recommend this printer for beginners. If you can afford a wide format Epson ET, get one. I have purchased the Epson ET 15000.
Thanks I'm not a beginner. I was a secretary and was in charge of MEGA size business printers! I mean 10ft printers! 🥰
You didn't address what my comment was.
Don't tell me what to get thanks
I just picked this up last night when my 4760 decided to give me a maintenance box issue bid project. But, my question is, don't I need to install the pigment ink cartridges for the initial install, then replace with the sublimation cartridges (came with chips already attached)?
Hi Lisa, when I converted this one, I took the chips off of the new cartridges that came with the printer and put them on empty replacement cartridges and I filled them with sublimation ink. I just kept the new cartridges (that came with it) because I couldn't justify throwing them away.
@@CraftingwithDelonda OK, thank you. I guess I need to stop my set up at this point since the replacement cartridges haven't arrived yet. I am afraid I'm going to mess something up...
Is it the same process if the printer is used?
Hi there, I am not sure.
Wate until you start dealing with the chips. And all the problems your going to have dealing with them. Return that thing.
Yeah, I'm not looking forward to dealing with the chips.
It’s so big
Yes! Make sure you have a dedicated space for it.
The printer has only one front paper tray cassette for loading paper
Thank you 😊. I'm learning ❤
What kind of printer did you have be for ?
The Epson 2760. It's just for smaller prints.
How it going for you
Hello, very well. Thank you
