Wow wow 🤩 Ben, and the whole Kadence team, Congratulations once again!! 🙌 Your dedication and passion for excellence truly shine through in this release. So in Love with "Kadence WP" 💙😍 Thank you for creating something so powerful, thoughtful, and innovative. This release will not just be an asset for your Kadence users-it’s going to redefine how people think about WordPress navigation design. Every detail has been meticulously crafted setting a new standard for what building headers should feel like. And you’ve integrated these features into WordPress themes, making header management and design integration a breeze for everyone, from beginners to seasoned developers. You’ve taken a complex problem and offered an elegant solution that elevates the user experience to new heights 🎖
Wow - this looks amazing. I love using Kadence and can’t wait to try this. I did have to pause the video a few times because my brain processes information slowly, and the mouse movements were a bit fast for me to follow. Thank you so much for demonstrating this new feature - you guys n gals at Kadence are so talented! 🥰
Wow, I'm amazed by how advanced this is. This really is a game-changer for my websites. One question: Are there slide (down) effects or animation effects we can use for the dropdown menus? Interesting choice for replicating Webflow's design, though. Isn't it a competitor in some way? Anyhow, thanks Ben and the Kadence team for delivering these new header functions!
Looks great. There was a good fix in today's update for Mega Menu scrollbar and overflow issues that needs to also be applied to the pop out panel as in the pop out panel sometimes you get stuck scrolling the underlying page while trying to scroll the menu, filters, or other content that is in the panel.
Mind blown! 🤯 This is exactly why I switched from Elementor to Kadence. The Kadence development team has incredible talent, and their fast-paced innovation shows they’re leading WordPress block editor development in the right direction. Honestly, I feel sorry for those still using Elementor, as they’re slowly painting themselves into a corner.
Hello and thank you for this amazing guide. I have a question: After a finish my header if I want to duplicate it but change the text size for my blog menu, can I do it or just with the pro version? Thank you in advance!
Thanks Ben, great features! I experimented a bit and I find the navigation block not aligning the icon, title and text correctly so I find it better to use standard Kadence blocks such as Icon Box instead of navigation items. More stable and can control better the layout.
When will it be possible to add a shopping cart for e-commerce? Currently, it is not possible to build an advanced header for online stores because it is difficult to manage the visualization of the shopping cart and its responsiveness....
Thanks Ben. Nice to see some action on Kadence. The project has felt pretty stale since Stellar took over. Seems you are still actively developing? Would love to look at Kadence again but it doesn't seem to be keeping up with Generate or Bricks both of which, critically, are class based systems.
@@jeansienkin no rocks around here. no. Just...looking at this theme's changelog, I have mixed feelings. They're maintaining it with updates - some refinements, compatibility fixes, and bug squashing. That's good to see. But I can't help noticing that most changes are pretty small - new icons, minor tweaks, that sort of thing. In 2024, I'd expect to see bigger innovations like class-based styling. Heck..give me at least a load more for archives. While the theme is getting updates, it feels like it's mostly keeping the status quo rather than pushing boundaries. Other themes seem to be moving quicker with modern features. Just my two cents.
Nope... not stale. We're actively developing new, innovative features while also managing bug fixes! This last release just included over 30,000 new lines of code to the Blocks plugin alone. We have an amazing team that's always hard at work to make building websites on WordPress easier than ever!
When using Kadence Theme Pro > Appearance > Customize > Header, I see an Account item, which has very nice Logged in view, and Logged out view and otherwise very good settings. Why can't I find this Account item when building a header like you are doing here through the Header builder? Pulling my hair out to make custom log in log out account buttons, but the feature is not available. It is either / or,... either work through the customizer with the Account item but without advanced block header building options, OR use the block header builder but WITHOUT the very handy Account item. Please fix?
Could you do a video tutorial on how to use Kadence Theme and Blocks Pro to edit the WooCommerce My account? Without extra plug-ins, how can WC My Account custom menu items be added, default ones removed, menu item order changed, and their content changed? Thanks!
Hello, for some reason the mega menu button Mega Menu Width dropdown has disappeared from the area: Block > Kadence Navigation Link > View Navigation Settings. Where did it go?
Technically you can build complex headers with Kadence pro add-ons too, but the way you accomplish this is much more user-friendly with blocks since you don't have as many limitations.
From what I gather, Buddyboss has their own header builder/options. If they can disable the default header and show blocks to multiple pages, you can use the Advanced Header block to build the header.
We wanted to showcase that you can use the new Header builder feature with any theme and no one has solved this for FSE users yet so we really wanted to highlight that.

Greetings from Istanbul. I can't wait to use the new features. I'm happy to choose Kadence.

The new blocks are brilliant! They're so useful and powerful! The future is bright with Kadence. I like the development path you're following.
Really good UI and flow. Would like to see more of the block editing be that advanced.
I love Kadence WP:!!!!!!

Not yet. Be sure to share a feature request idea or vote on an existing one: feedback.kadencewp.com/
Nice touch designing Webflow’s header as they like to pick on WordPress as not being capable 😏
This is indeed amusing 😅
You're great! Thank you so much for this very much needed feature, lovin' it already!
Hot dog! That's a nice UI to create headers and navs.
Well, this is a huge shift, Ben. Thanks for that.

Great, great, great! Tkank you!
Very good! 👏👏👏👏👏
Great work. Am wondering if a similar feature for footers could be useful. Is it under consideration by any chance?
yes please i want to know this as well :)

Good video :))
Nice work
Thank you for not adding yet another plugin and instead incorporating this feature into the existing ones.
Cool! Nice one
Hello and thank you for this amazing guide. I have a question: After a finish my header if I want to duplicate it but change the text size for my blog menu, can I do it or just with the pro version? Thank you in advance!
If I'm understanding correctly, then yes. After you duplicate a header you can still edit the duplicated version.
Great!!!
Thanks Ben excellent addition to Kadence blocks, How would you use this as a conditional header. so different headers for different pages.
Join us on our live stream this Friday (more details coming out in this week's newsletter) and Ben, Katy and Hannah can answer your question live.

?! You might have been living under a rock for quite some time.
It really hasn't been stale

Hi Ben, great stuff. Please try to speak a little more slowly, so that foreign customers can follow your next video.
Hello, for some reason the mega menu button Mega Menu Width dropdown has disappeared from the area: Block > Kadence Navigation Link > View Navigation Settings. Where did it go?
Enable block header option is not there.. I am using free Kadence theme
Need help
how do you have four even colums in the top row? its not possible to do with the current setup :(
You could create a single column row and then add a Row Layout Block with 4 columns to that row.
How to Integrate that header with kadence theme? site edit option not showing in my website.
Check out our livestream Ben demos this ua-cam.com/users/livegzMQmu5QdBs?si=Np08VhnGsP2IVBdn
Has anyone managed to get the woocomerce cart working on the new headers?
Can't we accomplish the same thing in Kadence with the Pro add ons ?
Technically you can build complex headers with Kadence pro add-ons too, but the way you accomplish this is much more user-friendly with blocks since you don't have as many limitations.
Is it possible to use this with Buddyboss theme?

16:10 i can't get the mega menu, can you help with that
Please contact customer support and we can help you further.
It doesn't work when Elementor is installed?
Please share this feedback with customer support and we can investigate.
Why didn't you use the Kadence theme for your theme? I get it that you want to demonstrate it for FSE (yuck!) but why?
We wanted to showcase that you can use the new Header builder feature with any theme and no one has solved this for FSE users yet so we really wanted to highlight that.
Why name it word press to work on word flow this SEO Bs is a waste of time
You are not a good teacher. You make things too complex. I suggest you hire someone else.
