    Ingredients-
    For Dabeli Filling:
    2 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    1 onion (finely chopped)
    1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
    2 tbsp roasted peanuts
    2 tbsp sev (crunchy chickpea noodles)
    1 tbsp Dabeli masala (store-bought or homemade)
    1 tsp red chili powder
    1 tsp garam masala
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
    1-2 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
    Tamarind Chutney** (sweet and tangy chutney)
    Garlic Chutney** (spicy chutney)
    4-6 pav (bread rolls)
    Butter for toasting pav
    Additional sev for garnish
    Fresh coriander for garnish
    -Instruction to follow
    Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until soft.
    Add the mashed potatoes, Dabeli masala, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
    Add lemon juice, roasted peanuts, and mix.
    Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
    In separate bowls, place tamarind chutney and garlic chutney. You can adjust the spice level of the garlic chutney according to taste.
    Slice the pav (bread rolls) horizontally without cutting all the way through.
    Heat a pan and toast the pav with a little butter until golden and crisp.
    Spread a generous amount of tamarind chutney on one side of the pav and garlic chutney on the other side.
    Stuff the pav with the prepared potato filling.
    Garnish with pomegranate seeds, roasted peanuts, sev, and fresh coriander.
    Serve the Dabeli hot, and enjoy with additional chutney on the side!
