- Ys Oath in Felghana is a remake of Wanderer’s of Ys. The Remake is solid and has a rockin soundtrack, the mechanics work extremely well and the remake makes many improvements over the original game. The characters are compelling enough to keep you pressing through games story, but the real bread and butter is the boss fights. Oath in Felghana is available one PSP and PC. If your looking for a game to fill that old school Zelda itch this might be right up your alley.

I'm playing this game right now. It's my fourth Ys game. I gotta admit, this game has made me rage several times due to the difficulty of the bosses, but I'm pushing through and it's pretty fun. It's also nice to get some background on Dogi.
When it comes to characters in Ys games, I think the characters in Ys 8 and 9 are pretty great. Those are later games, of course, but those are examples of Ys games with great characters.
The amount of times I rage quite was insane lol.

Hey man, great review on the game! I really liked your pacing, and your script flowed well. My only constructive criticism... do something about the reverb/echo in your narration ASAP! With a decent microphone and maybe some DIY noise cancelling wall panels you would up your game tremendously. Oh, and also, there were a few akward pauses while you narrated, but those can be easily fixed with a bit tighter editing in Premiere or whatever you use. But I really liked your review and am now a subscriber!
That is for the feedback my microphone is blue Snowball and I've been looking to upgrade it. I'll have to look into wall panels as long as they don't ruin my walls (since I rent). It will have to be slowly done but I really appreciate the feedback. Thanks for subbing.

The way you structured the review reminded me a lot of Brandon Jones' review style at Game Trailers/Easy Allies... very informative, going logically from one point to the next, not rushing, and with proper pauses, punctuation, and emphasis in the correct places. You also matched the game footage to what you were talking about pretty well, too.
