Beautiful Elk. I consider myself lucky being a Canadian citizen. The hunts you go on in our country is just amazing. Salmon fishing, steelhead, moose, turkey, pheasant, deer, duck, canadian goose, bear, second to none. thank you for the video, it was greatly appreciated
That was probably one of the best "elk hunt" videos I've seen. From the beginning to the end , the focus was on all the best parts of being out in mother nature enjoying this great adventure called Life. And from a coffee company too! Great job!! Thanks
I never realized how in shape you have to be for hunting until last year I’m 13 and last year I went pushing in rifle with my dad, my cousins, and my grandparents and my gram could barely make it through it so she didn’t have the role of pushing much.
He forgot " husband, father, and all around BADASS"! Also, the chest cavity feeling he talked about is literally one of the most unique feeling one would experience. It slightly reminds me of the sensation you have as you start getting your breath back after a severe knocking the wind out of you impact. It you feel the sound waves inside your lungs. It's a feeling that once you've experienced, you will NEVER forget.
This is what’s excellent about this channel. Other than the thumbnail you don’t really know what’s going to happen but it’s definitely going to be worth watching!
Dude, I had that same emotional/mental crash missing just low this year on the biggest whitetail I've ever pulled back on. Wanted to jump out of my stand. Next time out shot a great buck. The highs and lows of bow hunting can be extraordinary, but it's what keeps you coming back for more.
I live in montana and the elk rut is at the end of August and I have been getting elk between August 20 to beginning of September I love hunting and the channel
Nothin better than hunting the whole deer family Hearing something going through brush when you can’t see it pumps a shit ton of adrenaline and by time you can see the animal you’re fricking shaking
Andy talking about the highs and lows whether or not to sell his bow. I completely agree that happens. I bow hunted for 6 years, started in my teens. I've killed Deer and Turkey with a bow. The last year I hunted, I spent 2 solid months leading up to Deer Season practicing everyday. The most I ever practiced before. Opening day, turns really cold. Was in the stand. Had a large 10 point walk within 10 yards of my stand. Shot, missed. Deer jumped ran a few yards stopped shot again missed again. Ran another 10 yards or so, stopped when I whistled. Was about 35 -40 yards out. Shot and missed again. Last Time I ever bow hunted, I was 20 maybe 21, I am now 46 and have no plans on bow hunting.
Hello Andy! I was room mates in the Navy with a Hank Stumpf from Brooklyn, NY. Now lives in Hanford, CA (last time I checked). Hank was blrn in Germany but became a citizen while we were stationed together. Been looking for him for many hears. Cheers!
My Dad hunted most of his life, but he said his best hunt was a Moose. He and friends packed in to the Lochsa (North & East of Kooskia, ID). In Idaho it's a once in a life time trophy... but in following years he organized friends to put in for a tag, and he went back a number of years in a row, just to be in that part of the country.
As a viewer of the JRE & Cleared Hot, I have heard so much of this Rogan/Wilik/Stumpf/Dudley elk hunt that I just want to see a video of the hunt itself. Also when can we get Joe Rogan on BRCC or BRCC on the JRE?
Man be awesome to see more videos like this great job Andy, it’s great to see men like yourself immerse yourself in the world of hunting it truly is a life changing experience one in which I think is powerful for vets
Congrats! Amazing hunt! Loved the background info and story of the success. Sitting here eating breakfast drinking some AK47 just waiting till Oct 1 so I can get out in the woods myself!
Wish our wapiti were as healthy in number as you guys have in the states but sadly ours are only just hanging in there...plenty of hybrids though and other deer species running around the show
Oh this was last year's Elk camp. Honestly one of the best podcasts of all time, men doing men shit. I look forward to some degree of normality for you all soon. Failing that, there's a fair bit of red deer here in NZ going begging.

Ted Nugent

Always nice to see the CEO of Black Rifle Coffee company joing the cast and crew again. 🇺🇲
