As a Skidoo tech... Can confidently just say you lost horsepower putting that on your sled. Does GGB have a dyno bench like Jaws, SLP, Dynoport, & HPS? No...Best thing to do is throw that can in the garbage and get something that is designed to work on the 850 motor. Not just a copy and paste fitment can for your sled... Just my 2 cents. HPS is the best can for that sled. In general though, this whole video was hard to watch……
@@Brobro449 Well yeah, Thats what happens when a can robs you of HP and RPMS!! Also would like to note this kid is not gonna like owing a skidoo because you need to know these three things…. - How to set belt deflection -How to take off a hood (seriously) -And how to adjust clutching The P drive clutch is a lot more “touchy” than the Poolaris clutch…. Sometimes you have to fine tune the clutching with clickers and honestly the stock clutching just sucks in general….. But if this sled starts to over/under rev its not gonna run very well…. So being able to fine tune it on the fly is key on the skidoos. Again just as someone who works on these, these are just the things Ive noticed😎🍻
@@Snowdasledders I’m gonna buy a sled this year and am for sure not buying Polaris. The motors go boom far to early along with many other reliability issues and garbage shocks. Did you see muskoka freeriders sled blow up the other day?
Fyi, that number that it gives you on the dash at start up in is not miles. It's the percentage of break in left. It was about 375 km to break mine in. Also there is only 6 bolts to remove the hood and two for the gauge.
I. Quote "We always run the loudest setup we can get" You aren't a mountain rider! This right here is why we loose our riding area's/trails in the midwest. Stupidity at it's finest right there....🙄
Put some reflective heat tape on the plastic guard just behind the elbow. They melt from the heat of the uninsulated pipe. From my personal experience. Cheers boys
Guys, the reason the hood was so hard to take off is because you didn’t loosen the hose clamp connecting the hood to the air box, I hope that you figured it out while putting it back on or else that could be a problem waiting to happen 😅
Just checking off ALL of the Chicago burb FIP stereotypes one video at a time. Do everyone in Michigan a favor and stay off the trails before they’re gone up there. Nothing like losing power for attention am I right?
The removal of the hood assembly made me cringe so hard.... There is one video of many on how to remove it properly... ua-cam.com/video/zvugC5InuB4/v-deo.html
I like loud pipes as much as the next guy but please stay off the trails with your loud junk. We loose trails every year, often 2 in the lower with the bros like you with loud exhaust.
Wow..watch a video..hmm..maybe on UA-cam that shows you how take the hood off properly!! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. GGB makes the worst can on the market for losing power and possibly low end bog. You couldn’t pay me to run one.
Skidoo fit and finish is the best in the industry lol, these guys make things look way too difficult. Everything on the doo fits together like a glove if you do it right.

The HPS is beautiful
Highly agree 👍🏼
Heard ggbs are famous for causing bog downs as well

Remember this is the same kid who called it “Line Q” rather than LinQ (link). My god.

You can at least get a trail can if you don’t like the weight of the stock can
For the first 6 minutes was brutal for me to watch bc I am a die hard ski doo guy
Make sure your air box is tighten up right above the clutch there should be a screw that u can loosen and tighten
Awesome video my day just got better i am sick today
And you guys will go trail riding in Michigan..... great
Same can I put on my Lynx Rave! Love it! I only had to take the one side panel off to install it.
I always take the hood off is doesn't take that much longer and it gives you a lot more room to work
Also how do you like the rave?
I love it. Lots of power and comfort.
Did you guys loosen the air intake clamp
I got the same can on my 850, one can that is louder though is a Jaws rowdy. But the ggb is still an amazing can
Shoe laces works perfect for springs
7:54 that’s a proper BRRRAAAAAAPPPP
Sounds Awsome buddy
I got a ggb mountain can for my Polaris. Sounds awesome!!!
My exact dream sled only if it east 20k
I like the jaws rowdy personally but this sounds wicked
Without turbo it's fucking LOUD 👍👌
Should of gone with the Jaws Rowdy😩

Carful my ggb mountain can made my free ride bog like a mf after 3 months
just installed this can on a 2022 summit, was a pain
The GGB is nothing like the MBRP race can I’ve heard both and the MBRP is stupid loud.
My brother has the same sled
Use 550 cord to get the springs off
Thank you so much buddy it takes me and my dad like 15 minites with a vice grips
Just checking off ALL of the Chicago burb FIP stereotypes one video at a time.

Gotta break that sled in
atleast your working on it only way to learn
Sounds like a fart can on a ricer
GGBogggggg

Suitcase delete😎👌🏼
Switch to a jaws rowdy no power loss and louder than the ggb
The jaws rowdy is louder and imo check out jaws they sound better then ggb
First like and watch
love the videos dude, but you should really start posting content on your instagram, so that youre on two platforms!!!
And here come the hate comments
Mbrp race is louder BTW. Break in takes about 350mi
I can Feel my wrist cringing at 2:20
Get yourself a small drill buddy!
I like loud pipes as much as the next guy but please stay off the trails with your loud junk. We loose trails every year, often 2 in the lower with the bros like you with loud exhaust.

junk
Total junk
Stop revving the engine when its cold!!! kids!!!!
Twin pipes are the loudest
You won't make friends on ski pulls when your stuck with that thing.
Ggb sucks. I had that same exhaust on that same sled and it threw codes. I have a jaws on order
😂😂😂 you think the GGB is loud, give MBRP a look
Take a loss on the matryx and get a lynx or ski doo
And you claim not to rev your engine in neighborhood’s lmao
Jaws better
sounds terrible.
That can is so dogshit it belongs on an arctic scrap.
This video gave me anxiety...
Ya I’m never going to get a skidoo can’t even get the hood off what a joke
almost first
Jaws rowdy louder
Race can
skidoos fit and finish looks like it sucks compared to matryx and axys sleds
Skidoo fit and finish is the best in the industry lol, these guys make things look way too difficult. Everything on the doo fits together like a glove if you do it right.
GGB tried and true.... 😂😂 ...true garbage.
The loudest can possible, installed with vicegrips, to piss of your neighbors, flatland ride !!!??? Just unsubbed like many others.
