This is literally the only reason why I created a Lahn, other than her weapon, love whacking monsters with it lol. I'm working on gearing her up and eventually grinding with her, she's so fun to play and the flying ability makes me feel so free. :)

Use Prime Spring Breeze (has to be maxed out) to start the glide. When you’re almost out of stamina (I usually go to about 30%, but my Lahn doesn’t have 3000 stamina lol), use Nimbus Stride. Also, if you want to make just a bit more distance on Nimbus Stride than what you see in this video, use Nimbus Dismount before starting Flow Nimbus Stride.
i fly from Night Crow Post down to Garmoth i use Awak Lahn and i get 100% Fall Damage Reduction with 1 hunterclothes Costume and 1 hunterclothes equipped in my Gear slot (if you have a Morco's Gearbag you can fast swap) you can also get 100% through Costume and Descent Magic Crystals and a Consumable i think?
All of classes by default really should move like this i hate how immobile and stiff you really are out of combat in this game it does not even make sense on how jank it is Half the reason people desync is because they even try to default animation in complex combat sequences which do not work at all

Every time I try to fly, she first does Phantom Dance, and then glides. She even does it when I equip the crescent pendulum. Am I doing something wrong? How did you get her to stand so still first?
Yeah spring breeze makes the greatest difference and this dude could have flown even further if he used "dismount" right at the end of 1st nimbus fall for a second or two the activate the nimbus flow. The flow will come out with alonger animation than when auto activated thus traveling even further Succ lahn or lahn in general represents freedom to me, flight is the ultimate expression of freedom in my eyes
I just met the right people with the right information to make progress in this game for over 3 years now, just go back look at guides, make friends, ask for information you will get there.

I don’t remember if phantom dance is the shift +E buff or slide but to do it from standstill you can just hot bar it or press shift + space
With crystal presets ive got a 4.2k stamina build but have no clue how to make this work still xD
