Hi Mike! I noticed that CMOR isn’t compatible with Furuno units. Which portable unit are you using there?
When using a straight eye circle hook, do you put the dropper loop through the front or back of the hook?

Is it best to leave the sinker touching the bottom or an inch off the bottom so you can feel the strike? I always go back and forth.
On the bottom, you don't want it bouncing on the rocky bottom/reef and spooking fish.
