Do you mean just the black retainer bar broke off, or the entire white ribbon cable harness?

@@historion If you can discern which way the black bar should be oriented, you can actually still use it to secure the ribbon cable in place. It should not come out if you can properly wedge it in its proper place.

Yes -- our passphrase implementation matches the bip39 standard used by most other bitcoin wallets.
