Extremely useful for the beginners, Bankers and the parties involved in an international trade. The graphic representation enables easy comprehension of the subject.
Noted error on EXW....this imposes the maximum responsibility for thew goods on the Buyer...not the Seller as stated. Also the FCA slide is inconsistent with the commentary. Delivery occurs when goods are handed over to Buyers first carrier (on the slide is states Sellers first carrier).
In video it says- "the term with least responsibility for Buyer is EXW". How is this possible? in EXW- All transportation costs and risks are assumed/borne by the buyer. Please correct it so as to avoid confusions.
I'm working with an overseas company to export my good. I need everything paid in full up front. Is there an Incoterm for that or how should it be stated?
