Very nice presentation. The house indeed is beautiful but the tank behind is a bummer, also I would assume each bathroom has exhaust, window is not enough to take out the moist and humid from shower. If none, they should have put the closet separated from the bathroom. The 2 biggest problem of this property are the Tank behind and a yard, a family needs a backyard for family activity, bbq, etc, pocket garden is not enough.

Everything is nice. What I don't like in this property is they put the wardrobe inside the bathroom. It could ruin you designers clothes from the steam coming from the shower and tub. I prefer to have them separated but adjacent to each other.

Hello! This house is located in Venare, Nuvali in Calamba, Laguna.
Placement of the bathroom is a big no no in feng shui it will drain your money. The main door entry is too narrow and no balcony in the masters bedroom this is overpriced.
Make up need to be fix too much blush on..nice property 😅
