The bathroom with the wardrobe closet should have a seating area.
South Forbes is in Silang Cavite. Nice layout and neighbourhood. I prefer however our 280 square meter single story home on 1,000 square meter lot. Not having to deal with stairs is a Godsend. Nuvali is very nice and convenient. However cooler weather in Tagaytay. Great presentation

South Forbes sales suffered due to the rise of the Ayala Westgrove HTS next door. Kaya natengga ang south Forbes. In fact, Cathay Land sought the help of Ayala Land in selling some of their lots under the ALI banner. Ayun, nabenta din. But the ready-made homes ng SF, namely Tokyo mansions and the Mediterranean themed ones didn’t move so well. Maybe now they’re all sold, but it took a long while.

fantastic house but for the asking price the doors leading to the pool and the kitchen windows look not secure they look very very fragile i would expect more for the standard of the rest of the house ..sorry for negative comment ...but the video was presented very professionally .....

@Thegreatone If my recall is right, they named it Bali Mansions back in 2000 because the developer also allowed buyers to buy 2 lots, combine them as one then build a big house in it. Tama ka din po na maliit ang bahay for american standards but for filipinos and inflation factors, this is considered big since it has 5 bedrooms. Hindi na lang po siguro binago ng developer ang pangalan dahil panibagong rehistro and documentations po yun sa government. Hope this helped.
