WOW!! 😲🥳🥳 GOOD LANDS!! It's 2024 and this was extremely scary and chilling! Supremely enjoyed! Loretta Young again was amazing in this! Such depth! And the Bible verse at the end....So true!! "The LOVE of money is the root of all evil".... Thanks for the upload! Adding to my playlist, "1940s, 1950s, and 1960s TV Shows :)" 🎦😀 Rachel in Nashville 😺👩🎨💕🛐😇
I've been trying to figure it out. Somebody wrote on the other pages, but who? How did this person copy her handwriting so perfectly? And using her exact words means they couldn't have done it beforehand. It would have been done while she was downstairs with Jessica and Frederick, but there hardly seems time enough. The maid cleared and packed everything in that short amount of time, too. I'm convinced this is a hole in the script.
@@TheCalico72 Jessica and Frederick have been drugging her. Remember the scene where Jessica tells Muriel," You're getting too excited. I better get you the tonic." She then gives her a teaspoon of a mixture from a bottle. As a drugged person she would've been drowsy, sleepy, with blurred vision and head aches. She wouldn't be very aware of what's happening around her.
This was an exceptionally well written episode. I certainly did not except the imaginative ending! Bravo! 👏🏻
Excellent episode!! Beautiful talented, classy, sweet, poised and good-hearted Loretta Young never disappoints!

Much of the music in this episode were variations of Harry Lubin's Weird, Which also was used in the One Step Beyond series.
stephen zamarin I noticed the main actor from OSB stars in several episodes. Love OSB, but the music is creepy
Interesting that the theme music to One Step Beyond was used throughout the story
Best burn ever
💜
What about her diary?!
That was her handwritting on every single page, written:
"May, 30th: This is My Wedding Day!!"

They could have used forgery. The brother-in-law was handling the estate, and would've had connections in tha field.

Wow money is the root of evil seems it always has been.
That’s funny 😆
The love of money is the root of all evil!!
The old bat is selfish and money hungry thinking about herself and no one else 🙁
You won’t hurt her will you doctor? After all she tried to do to her she didn’t want her to be hurt.
Or she only asked that question because it seemed like something a loved one would say to the doctor at that time.
Aaahhh, the love of money.🤑🤢
