- BUZZCUT TIME! Lilian has been thinking about getting a buzzcut for years now but never had the courage to go through with it. Being in a foreign land, far away from friends and family, what better time to try than now? Alexis did the honours of shaving her head with some not so high quality clippers, and a few freakouts later, see the final result...

You look awesome, Lillian. You really do. Honestly, you look great however you style your hair. My hair was down to my ribcage when I shaved it off 2.5 years ago. Best haircut I've ever gotten. I did let it grow out and get kinda shaggy for a little while because I thought I was gonna style it or something. After a while I was like, screw this, and just shaved it back down. Haven't looked back. I love it.
you're looking great! I did the same thing about a year ago and it just takes a while to get used to it but you'll eventually like it!
I did the same thing few months ago and it felt SO GOOOOOOOD! Now,, in the re-growing process, it's proably not my fav look, so honestly, every few days I onsider shaving again.

Coming out of the closet at 45 seems like almost an impossible feat. I’m only attracted to studs/butch individuals who seem to want younger femmes. I feel I missed my opportunity to be myself because of fear and trying to adhere to social norms during my youth. I’m too embarrassed to go out to a bar or club and be rejected because of my age. Feeling devastatingly ridiculous! Can you give me some advice? You two give me hope, love watching you!
There is no such thing! It’s never too late and there are plenty of other people around your age in the same boat :) Don’t be afraid to go into bars or clubs just because of your age, but are there any LGBT activity groups like on meetup.com in your area? That cobw a good idea to meet people in a casual environment, bars can be very intimidating. Best of luck, you got this! Sending love

All kidding aside, I think it's always great to realize something one has wanted to do for a long time. Lilian, if it doesn't work for you in the end, just think at least you've wanted it for some time, so it's an achievement! And if I'm not mistaken, I think the shorter the hair the faster it grows, so in fact, it's not going to be like that for very long if you don't actually want to keep it this way. That said, I'm normally not a big fan of shaved heads, but I think that look also suits you (as does the previous one we all are used to see). So don't worry, it does look good! Your liking or not of the result is only subjective and temporary as you will decide.
