If youre presenting dont state the obvious but focus on the difference between seeing it on video vs off screen. Ex. Its made up of tiles, okay yeah its obvious that its tiles, but what we want to know what kind of tiles or the texture of tiles.
I've seen this design modified a third time and this by far is the one I like most, with the color palette, absence of the open staircase and the way the upper floor rooms were positioned, it looked much better. There were some elements on the first and 2nd house that I may have wanted but this one looks rather more spacious than the rest.
To make this beautiful house look spacious, smaller furnitures should have been used. The dining set could have been a 4-seater instead of 6. The bar stools are way too big. Even the sala furniture is oversized. The bedrooms are small, and a king size bed would be too big. Just because it fits doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. The furniture next to the bed is called a night stand, not side table. Instead of a wading pool, I would prefer a gazebo for some outdoor space for merienda or breakfast. A oool is a high cost with low benefit The pretty host did a good presentation and she looks fantastic is a dress. Very professional look.
i suggest you film the location of the house too. Location is important in buying a property. it doesn't matter how beautiful a house is, if it is in the wrong location... its not gonna sell imo.
there are certain restrictions po in marketing houses. The location po can be disclosed with Buyers with a tripping schedule only for security of both parties. Would you like to book a schedule?
@@enna4095yes but keep in mind that a buyer would ask you for the location first before agreeing to view it. Also if I may add, a drone shot of the neighborhood is a great idea. Buyers need to know what conditions the neighbors’ houses are in. (maganda ba, well maintained, or rusty roofs, makalat etc ). You get the idea. 😊
