Legit video, thank you so much. This is straight up useful and easy to apply information. Nutrition is something that I've messed around with for a long time trying to work it out by trial and error so it's cool to have it explained in a simple way by someone actually doing a ride not just sitting in a studio.
@@BozzaClark i'm pretty sure I saw you out riding somewhere near ohaupo btw. I was out there getting hit by the wind and making at least 7 of these nutrition mistakes
I'm not sure about specific studies looking at that. But most of that rational has come from Dr Tim Podlogars work, and based on his findings he has suggested this would result in better oxidation of the exogenous CHO than if it was taken on board in smaller more frequent amounts
I haven't used it myself but know all about it. There's so many variables that change things in reality, but it's a great looking tool to make good estimates and more importantly ensure you have a solid plan in advance!
Those jelly sweet snakes are bang on for riding around. 🐍

Glad someone liked it 🤣
is there any research on #8, eat larger quantities less frequently, rather than smaller quantities more frequently?

Cool bro keep it up
do all muscles take up carbs with the glut4 transporter or just the muscles being used during the exercise?
Great stuff. No Bozza Carb mix recipe though!

Hi, have you ever had any issues travelling with your bike?
Thankfully nothing major! But have had teammates have bikes get cracked etc so definitely does happen
I from Nz but live in Malaysia... In the past did long rides on Zwift and was 3kg lighter despite drinking during the ride...
Not surprised when riding there!
💯💯💯👏👏👏
I use the eat my ride app to fuel my rides
