To add to what Saintsdevotee asked: what hops today 'announce' piney? Back in the day (e.g., a decade or so ago) I would often get pine from Simcoe but no longer; a situation that Simcoe hops have 'evolved'?
What hops do y'all use to get piney/ minty? It's my white whale flavor. Had a beer years ago that had a strong evergreen gum taste, but have never come close to replicating it.
This is a first: Broccoli beer? What the hell are you drinking? My grandmother grew geraniums and they were full of snails; not sure this is that different. Thanks Dudes!
This doesn’t sound like it goes with any modern beers but maybe some old ales, low carbonation. They didn’t always have hops but used what they had - this sounds like a hop that is similar to “scavenging” for beer ingredients.
Lol Mike's faces when trying the beer are great
Damn, i was excited for this one. I really like the idea of evergreen or pine, but i can never find it exactly in a hop.

Add some anchovy hops and make it a meal
