As a furry, I will say this. Yeah, it is a bit odd. But due to the furry fandom largely being an online thing, our screen names and fursona(s)/original characters are more identifiable to us when online or at furry related events than our real names and real appearance. That's the reason why furries will wear custom made badges featuring art of their character and fursona's/screen name to conventions. As for Foxglove apparently changing his name to that, yeah, most furries don't do that. XD Unless they decide to use their real name for their fursona, we more often than not keep things separate. And side note, all of the people involved aren't very good people tbh. Even doing the smallest digging into any of them, or FreeFurAll, will lead you to some pretty messed up shit that is not representative of what the furry fandom actually is.

What a crazy rollercoaster this story was, it genuinely WAS like a movie! I’m a furry myself and honestly this situation is even more crazy than I thought, I knew like 1% of the story before this because all I really wanna do is draw my sona or some hunky werewolves. PeaceWolf is definitely being manipulated by these 2 as they are known for being abusive towards other people they’ve lived with before 🙄
To TLDR: Peacewolf got married young, was unprepared for a traditional relationship and instead of counseling, walking away or what a normal person would do, she just rolled with it until she cycled her husband by sleeping with a couple opportunists who too preyed on her insecurities and spit roasted her while she made her husband listen. All of this while failing to organize a convention that would rival the likes of Anthrocon or Midwest Furfest. As someone who was in a similar situation to Foxglove, I feel nothing but sympathy. As a furry, I will say this. Yeah, it is a bit odd.
But due to the furry fandom largely being an online thing, our screen names and fursona(s)/original characters are more identifiable to us when online or at furry related events than our real names and real appearance. That's the reason why furries will wear custom made badges featuring art of their character and fursona's/screen name to conventions.
As for Foxglove apparently changing his name to that, yeah, most furries don't do that. XD Unless they decide to use their real name for their fursona, we more often than not keep things separate.

I’m a furry myself and honestly this situation is even more crazy than I thought, I knew like 1% of the story before this because all I really wanna do is draw my sona or some hunky werewolves. PeaceWolf is definitely being manipulated by these 2 as they are known for being abusive towards other people they’ve lived with before 🙄

This feels like a “let God sort them out” situation
To TLDR: Peacewolf got married young, was unprepared for a traditional relationship and instead of counseling, walking away or what a normal person would do, she just rolled with it until she cycled her husband by sleeping with a couple opportunists who too preyed on her insecurities and spit roasted her while she made her husband listen.
All of this while failing to organize a convention that would rival the likes of Anthrocon or Midwest Furfest.
As someone who was in a similar situation to Foxglove, I feel nothing but sympathy. To Peacewolf and her sugar daddies, I can’t believe I liked her there for a while.
