It’s been a crazy ride how I stumbled upon your channel (started off watching Hoovie, then leaned of the Wizard, then kept wondering what’s up with all the older farm equipment around the outside of the building, then discovered your channel). Why the older equipment caught my eye is my dad from 1973-2008 when he passed away worked on old AC, IH/Farmall, Woods, and other misc equipment which I grew up around. It’s neat seeing some of it especially the IH ‘86 series tractors and even the one video where you had a couple of AC/Deutz-Allis/Agco mowers on trying to get them running again. Full disclosure, I think I’ve got one of the best looking Deutz-Allis 612H riding mowers still in existence which runs great and I’m still using today to mow my lawn. Here’s a really stupid observation…down at my dads shop back in the day, he had the same battleship grey heavy desk which you sit at and the only time I’ve ever seen another brown fluorescent desk lamp is the one on your desk that’s in the videos. As a kid I’d play with that thing all the time by hitting the red button on too for too long warming up the bulb to get it to turn on. That thing never died…they must’ve had a sale on them back in the late 70’s. :) Best of luck with whatever direction you wish to go.

This has been a popular topic among UA-camrs big & small. Sometimes our own lives become like the carnival "plate spinners", darting from one wobbling plate to the next to keep them from crashing. I've always appreciated your authenticity and the grounding in reality that you have in your channel. I don't talk about personal issues on the channel here, but it it's been a wild ride for me too. I have always made an effort to go deeper in a few things than to just give a minimum effort to many things. With that said, I've freshly resigned from the volunteer fire department after 14 years. Big decisions don't come without pain, but after you make the decision you realize how much time & energy you gain to put toward other things that matter. However, you don't have to make a full quit - leave the door open to future videos on fantastic finds. I just did a Short which was less than 10 minutes from the first shot to the finishing of the upload. Each creator is the only one who knows where they want to be, and the truest fans will support them in any future direction. Take care & I wish you the best my friend

you're prices are your prices. The equipment is worth what someone is willing to pay. I am sure you do some refurb before they are sold. When someone sells something cheap they don't want to take the time to do those repairs before selling. People have to remember that. It's cheap for a reason. If you are handy you can get some great deals. If you need to pay someone then not so much.

I was worried about that lambo. Can you stay with this woman and not get married ? Im 64 never married. Girlfriend has been married at least 3 times. Life is for living, if your work takes over to much your health will suffer. I found knowing when to get in and when to get out is important. Enjoy a different chapter, you can always go back to this later, Omega pays the wage, look after the full time job with the Wizard. Reduce the stress it is important.
No shame in understanding your limitations and new priorities. With your new wife, you need to make that number 1 - I would suggest throttling back and working a regular job and schedule - let the You Tube go. I think you answered your own question when you told about doing this since you were a young boy. It’s who you are. Rule 1-Stay true to yourself. Everything else will find it’s own place and work itself out
Pause the channel and focus on the family stuff. The economy and inflation are curbing all asset buyers, so the equipment sales activity will continue to be slow; you still have the best situation with used low cost vintage equipment, but we hit the peak a few months back and it's a toboggan run now. Pausing it lets you focus at home and when you get the bug to show off a fun new 930, you have the process down. Less a youtube job and more a youtube fun channel. Anyone subscribed should receive such updates.

Dave, if you are able to keep making a living, I'd be a bit worried about any career change these days. But if the business is tanking, well you still have to make a living! Might consider expanding to other lines of merchandise that there's a demand for, in your part of the world. We all have to make life's choices, not always what we like to do but necessary. I had to cut back on the off farm work as my health won't allow all the extra hours and work anymore. Also means I need to cut back spending as well. Which ever way the next big election goes will also change the playing field, no matter who gets chosen. Right now farm prices are down, so guys are backing off their buying, but it will change, just how long can one hold their breath ,that makes things worry some.
D, do what you love and you will never work a day in your life. You know the old saying. Focus on more of the bread and butter stuff of farm equipment and avoid buying things that will sit a while.

You may have to scale back for a little while Dave. Your getting yourself spread pretty thin, only so much time in a day. Stick with the older tractors small and mid size until the economy gets better. Hope your future wife comes home to you soon.

Life is for living, if your work takes over to much your health will suffer. I found knowing when to get in and when to get out is important. Enjoy a different chapter, you can always go back to this later, Omega pays the wage, look after the full time job with the Wizard. Reduce the stress it is important.
No shame in understanding your limitations and new priorities. With your new wife, you need to make that number 1 - I would suggest throttling back and working a regular job and schedule - let the You Tube go.
Even the old pros are having a tough time in the used business so no shame on you.

I think you answered your own question when you told about doing this since you were a young boy. It’s who you are. Rule 1-Stay true to yourself. Everything else will find it’s own place and work itself out
Pause the channel and focus on the family stuff. The economy and inflation are curbing all asset buyers, so the equipment sales activity will continue to be slow; you still have the best situation with used low cost vintage equipment, but we hit the peak a few months back and it's a toboggan run now. Pausing it lets you focus at home and when you get the bug to show off a fun new 930, you have the process down. Less a youtube job and more a youtube fun channel. Anyone subscribed should receive such updates.

Dave, if you are able to keep making a living, I'd be a bit worried about any career change these days. But if the business is tanking, well you still have to make a living! Might consider expanding to other lines of merchandise that there's a demand for, in your part of the world. We all have to make life's choices, not always what we like to do but necessary. I had to cut back on the off farm work as my health won't allow all the extra hours and work anymore. Also means I need to cut back spending as well. Which ever way the next big election goes will also change the playing field, no matter who gets chosen. Right now farm prices are down, so guys are backing off their buying, but it will change, just how long can one hold their breath ,that makes things worry some.
D, do what you love and you will never work a day in your life. You know the old saying. Focus on more of the bread and butter stuff of farm equipment and avoid buying things that will sit a while.
I was on call 24-7 for 18 years. If I had not quit at 63 I don't think I would have made it to 65. Take care of your family and self. May God give you peace

If you're open to good advice You need a rest you need to rest life is too short just make making money God Always First Health is Wealth and money can always be made take a long rest,I was always on the go business was my life so was money a couple of close calls almost ended my life and sad thing was no one came to visit me when I was in the hospital it broke my heart ❤️ but God Heard and Healed my Soul now I work a easy job and no pressure from my young Boss.Stay strong and take a rest your only Human you know machines even got tired and worn out.And Why worry God's in Control 😊
