How to work there? I always wanted to design toys. Especially dolls
on one of the matters sights they have a signup for jobs but there is qualifications like having worked in toy design for 4 years and knowing fashion ect

I would rather work at mga than Mattel. Especially with MGA dolls over Mattel dolls. It seems like a place where ideas are constantly shot down by executives and shareholders. Pssst: Mattel, your quality sucks. Please do better.
