Janeane has done voices for several animated movies, including one I particularly like called The Wild. I can see why; she has a very distinct voice that can be subtle but ham it up too.

Bombing in a comedy club is a good thing . Mostly dumb audiences. My favourite comics always bombed slot . Means they are doing something right
Small crowd, up in your face, lit for TV, and they all look like it's new to legal drink...but I do think she won them over at the end, but it took most of the set.
Funny . The Julius Caesar reference and Andy Kaufman . She is saying she doesn't care for anti comedy like Andy Kaufman but she is doing anti comedy just like Marc Anthony in julius Cesar is telling his audience the exact opposite of what he is doing. So much going on that the audience is missing

Oh my gosh, I used to Love Jeanine Garofalo! But as someone else already pointed out, she totally bombed on this routine! She was just horrible, completely rambled! It is so sad actually! The second guy who went on was even WORSE! Oh my gosh, absolutely AWFUL actually! Barf!🤮 Totally offensive, sexist, agist, crude, annoying & more! I listened for about two minutes before I quickly turned it off! Can you please explain to me what is so funny about “joking” in regards to how old people are going to die soon!? Then when he hears nothing more a small amount of courteous laughs, points out that the crowd that they’d better “buckle up” because he intends to offend the whole audience a little at a time! Yaaaa….NOT a funny guy at all! Have some class why don’t you?! Why the heck would anyone want to pay their good hard earned mo way to go listen to some punk offend them & everyone around them?! Ugh…I’m pretty sure the answer is, they wouldn’t want to! If you enjoy being a comedian then you’d better write better material so that you have some actual funny jokes to tell! Otherwise, I suppose you’re going to just keep on bombing! Not to mention, when you feel the need to apologize up front for how much you intend to curse during the show, that tells me that you’re self aware that it can be annoying & or offensive!
