Dude!!!!! The other channels that are slightly or even much bigger than you are struggling with making repetitive videos. Your videos are MILES better! You not only love to ski but you love to talk to the camera and just be yourself. That’s what it takes I love that for you. You’ll be right up there with Jonathan and catania I’m sure by the end of the season (idk if I spelled the names right)
This was great, we went up right behind you guys last weekend, got 3 bomb laps in above the meadow before the snow started to fall. Best early season skiing ever! Props on scootching all the way down!

Don't you worry. The helly is still the daily driver. I love that HH jacket haha. This is my new ski touring shell. It packs way lighter than the helly and I don't have that much room in the airbag pack!
Nice! Considering metal dome to traverse to some of the peaks between it and Brandywine (still gotta fulfill my peakbagging duties 😂), while the road can still be driven fairly high. Can't get out til Sunday tho, hopefully things remain driveable til then Went out yesterday, sootip was a bit to deadfall-y in the forest for good skiing, but the alpine was fantastic! On the drive back, the runs at whistler looked properly white, so next week should be good 🤞

Yo dude Tech question from one UA-camr to another. Are you only using insta360 now or do you also use GoPro? What's the insta do you shoot in 4k 50 frames or 5.7 30? I normally shoot everything in 60 frames, and want a insta360 but see the x2 only does 4k 50fps. What are your thoughts, cheers 🥂
Hey! I use the go pro hero 11 all stock settings. For talking and views I use the linear setting. For downhill I use superview or hyperview and tend to mix it up. Insta360 is an X3 mountain directly on my head and I either film in 5.7k 30 or 4k30 and edit it on my iphone and download at 1080p. If you're compressing it to 1080 and editing on the iphone like I do the 5.7k should only make a marginal difference in image quality... Maybe it does look a tad better because of improved technology but I wouldn't say its crazy. Go pro and iphone take the crispiest view shots at the end of the day!

Believe it or not I've worked full-time in sales the entire time I've run the channel. Recently I was laid off and I might take a huge risk and try to flip to full time UA-cam. December is always a lot of fun. If chairs aren't open or areas you just have to hike in and will have lots of fresh snow :)

You should be able to make it up the road to just about where we did unless there was some serious melt. Stoked to ride a chairlift soon.
