In 111,000 I think it should be juu ichi man issen. In numbers, most of the times you will use issen. I'm sorry I will be unable to specify all the uses. You can reply and ask exactly where you have a doubt. 🙂

Broadly speaking, for numbers over 1万, "1000" is read as いっせん.
