In Perú and in Chile the water in the sea is cold due to the Humbolt current. You need to wear a wetsuit

But in Perú, you dont need a wetsuit in the summer. The rest of the year is necessary unless you can resist the 62 F water

Why does everyone have wetsuits and booties on? Peru has like 75 degree water temps right?
