I went down a UA-cam rabbit hole and stumbled across Aynsley Lister. How come I have never heard of him?! I am a huge Prince fan and have seen him perform Purple Rain many times. Aynsley puts his own spin on the song and totally nails it!
Coincidence or what... about three weeks ago, good friend of mine, we both into blues stuff,, mentioned this guy he'd seen on UA-cam, called Aynsley Lister.. . Looked at a few tracks, he's bloody good... Having a pint tonight in local pub & guy called Andy, related to the landlady, who i been chatting to for a few months, casually says he doing a gig in Leicester this weekend with Aynsley...
