      سنت یہ ھے کہ عشآء کے بعد بغیر ضرورت بات نہ کی جائے . نماز کے بعد رات کے وظائف پورے کریں اور دائیں کروٹ سو جائیں. صبح آذان سے ادھا یا 1 گھنٹہ پہلے اٹھ جائیں تہجد کی نماز پڑھیں. کم از کم 2 رکعت اور جب عادت بن جائے تو رات وتر نہ پڑھیں اور تہجد کے نوافل کے بعد پڑھے جائیں. پھر دن کے وقت کسی وقت ادھا گھنٹہ سو لیا جائے جسے قیلولہ کہتے ھیں اسکے علاوہ کسی اوقات میں نہ سویا جائے. شروع میں مشکل ھوگا ان شآء اللہ بعد میں عادت ھو جائے گی.

    Excellent and informative talk. Sir, if possible please consider making this in English or with English subtitles as well along with your other recent talk ‘ Eating in Ramazan’. These will benefit people in the West as well.The advice is so good that after listening everyone would like to follow.

    Sir I like that I also share my knowledge with related to Food that viwers get more Knowledge and stay Healthy.
    I read anywhere in book that Once upon a time Our Prophet peace be upon him addressing the gathering that one follower stand And ask question that How we can be Healthy and fit then Our Prophet peace be upon him said that when U are feeling hungry then U eat ur meal and when u are starat eating meal and while u are feeling that now U are getting full than end Ur meal early.
    And Also Our Prophet peace be upon him said that One meal is the best ,two is the good but three meal is the simple waste.
