Man it’s kinda rare to find good rpers. I was in this one server and it was GREAT!! I started as a warrior and became Leader, my deputy was someome named Nightrunner and he was excellent at his job. If I was ‘sleeping’ he’d take care of small clan issues so no one would disturb me. He was ‘sick’ once and so we both talked about who would fill in for him until he recovered. We picked Autumbreeze and they were a great warrior but yeah It was great it was like me and Nightrunner we were actually like Leader and Deputy caring for our clan and each other and then the Medicine Cat was great too! Her name was Zebrahorn and literally she had to leave once and the whole clan was sad to see her go I literally called her ‘the best medicine cat ever’ cuz she was. Also we pretended she died. But I went to Shadowclan to talk about an issue, came back to Thunderclan and ZEBRAHORN IS BACK. I literally cried I was so happy everyone was happy and we played it off as Starclan bringing her back and then we all continued roleplaying until I had to leave sadly. I will never forget that server. One of the best rps ever. No one dumped a whole bunch of issues all at once we were like…like a regular clan! 🥲

I had a sever like that at first I was a warrior also and I had a few interactions with the leader but when they made their character die there was no deputy so they elected me leader and I had a very loyal deputy but unfortunately my med went around harassing non cats and new players and I had to leave shortly after but it was fun while it lasted

its almost a bit sad when you see that people will inherit this mindset from the books, as well as older players who grew to be all "100% canon" from games like forest territory that encouraged that, because really all they might need is just a simple explanation on how the way the books treat disabled characters is wrong
@@thylacid Yeah. I’ve had it happen before to a friend. They were a blind warrior and this rogue came in and ic started to insult my friend’s oc for being blind and calling them useless like it was so messed up. I changed to my blind warrior oc and beat them up and they started to bring it ooc, so that’s when I voided them.
Thing is... it's not even canon too! There's plenty of disabled warriors, and to-be disabled warriors. Snowkit was going to be trained to become a warrior, there was also Crookedstar, and Berrynose could possibly count as disabled within the cat world because of his missing tail. Jayfeather would've become a warrior, as he was given the chance! But he struggled too much, no fault of his, so he switched places with Hollyleaf, who was struggling to become a medicine cat. And I'm sure that there's plenty of other characters that I've forgotten to mention!
So it's not that cats with disabilities are not allowed to become warriors, it's just depends on if the cat's struggles with training, clan, territory, and etc.
@@unsocialpebble Yeah but people like to think it is because they don’t think about it. There have been plenty of decent disabled representation in canon, but theres also bad representation. Most people I run into that think like that only think about the bad representation and it sucks.

I'm a bit a couple, but for one I'm a picky player, I'll spend all day server hopping just to find a decent server. 99% of those servers being the exact same, one singular clan (other 3 either dead or got like 2-3 random ppl) the 1 clan is huge with roleplayers and specs all cramped up in the middle of camp chatting about. The specs having lengthy conversations should move to the back. The drama/plot there is also confusing and piles up. Like say a fire just happened 2 days ago and suddenly the medicine cat poisoned half the clan. Chill- and whenever I do find a decent server with a decent rp and plot, I either have to leave or disconnect.

I'm always a rouge or a loner it's quiet fun. The clan at the barn always has something good going on i think it's because the cats are supposed to be evil. What i liked about the clan at the barn is that we all understood non cat languages and allowed them in and spoke fox,wolf whatever animal is with us. If a clan member from another place came over we would react in a protective way. I will say the barn cats understand how the game is supposed to go better than the others. We actually travel together we have wars with ourselves or other clans basically a lot of drama. Not all loners and rouges at the barn are good at rp and it feels boring like the rest.
that leave and disconnect part hurts bc it's true for me. I play it on my phone and roblox drains my battery life fast so i always put my phone on the charger to keep it's percentage high and i wont leave but my phone over heats and freezes the game sometimes. I cant play on my laptop bc it's not really for very big games so it automatically resets roblox or crashes my laptop if im lucky i can just exit out without it crashing. The tutorial takes too long to get off of my screen and the loading cat will still be on there for some reason i can interact with the stuff at the bottom but i can't move my cat i mostly use it on my laptop now to make morphs in the customize section (and if i like it i go on my phone and join the same server and give myself the morph). The only thing that works smoothly is the big computer out near the living room it's not as private but it's good to play bigger games on

The ones that get me are the "you have -insert disability in the cat world-, you can't be a warrior" people. That isn't gonna stop Corvid (blind) or Leopardkit/paw (deaf), who have both lived with it their entire lives and found ways to work around it.
Ngl, i have to agree. Just because i use accessories like: Tail bow, big bow, and collar does not mean i can't be an experienced player. Jayfeather/paw/kit managed to work around, being blind so any cat can, he was even assigned to be a warriors apprentice first.

I admit, I’m a bit of a cannon police, I don’t care if you wear a collar or are a blind warrior, but if a med has kits I don’t tell them they can’t, but my OC is rude to them. And I don’t understand foxes who just casually walk amongst the clan, especially as lead or med, and can unrealistically speak cat. I also go a little crazy when somebody doesn’t have a suffix.

The audition one is spot on! I've never been med before and I wanna do it so baddddd but everyone's like "Do you have experience?" And I'm like "no" and they just go "then you can't be med" WE LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE
quick tip, just say you do and then constantly refer to the 'medicine' page on the warriors wiki. this is what i did years ago (in forest territory, not even wcue) when i didn't know how to be med! it worked wonders and i got experience pretty quickly. if they question why you take so long just say you're a slow typer, people are usually pretty chill about that
For me, I just take up residence in one of the "dead Clans" and be med there, alone. I might get practice form that one abandoned kit, or even just be a derp and fall asleep collecting herbs on the main active Clan's territory. You can get pretty creative with it, and Sunnystreets' comment here really says it all if you want to do it in a larger Clan.

something similar to 1:17 happened to me the last time i played wcue, except it was the player themself saying they couldn't be. iirc, they told the leader "I'm blind, so i cant be a warrior. my sense of smell is too sensitive so i cant be a medicine cat. im going to be an oracle." they were like, 3 moons old and then marched right out of camp to the moonstone. then they came back, suddenly aged up to eleven and put their role as medic. it was- very confusing and a bit frustrating personally since i was already medic xd and they pretty much refused to listen to anyone who didnt go along

I mean, with deputy and medic you probably should know some stuff about the game prior to being one, theyre important roles. I got stuck as a med app with a medic that tried to feed a dying cat red flowers

Yeah it’s hard to find other literate roleplayers. For me especially cuz I used to be a one liner but grew an interest in writing so I turned to literate roleplay

I'm just going to admit it, I once said 'bind cats can't be warriors', due to being incredibly intensive and badly informed. Also, the forest played a large part into that- as I used to have blind warriors, but would be attacked for having blind warriors.
Was immediately attacked by the Discord sever, and instead of explaining why it was wrong- they instead chose to harras me in private messages.i had a few saying 'kys'. Luckily a mod explained it to me and I couldn't stop apologising.
By far, the worst comment I've ever made and I still feel shitty about it. Which, is why I have a late amount of blind warrior morphs.

i was also very insensitive towards others opinions and when they complained i didnt notice it was out of rp and it made me happy to see cats giving me a reaction for the way i acted,
and it only took me to copy how others rp to get to where i am now.

I’m the experienced roleplayer, but I make everyone that wants mes role audition- it makes it equal for everyone to have a chance and if I choose someone with no exp in being a med it’s so awkward to tell them I’m giving the role to someone else…*sigh*

It’s better than having an in-experienced med cat who isn’t fit for the role (I’m talking doesn’t know how to heal people or rp in a way that makes sense)

I wanted med and it was only me who want it. The questions were about herbs in the beta game and in the books... Not the ones i the game currently-
Also once the leader was afk and the dep said i could be med and someone else. When the leader came back he was like u guys cant me med i didnt choose you.. But then proceded to say 'we will have to pretend we have two meds' as no one else wanted to be med and he didnt want ud to be med because the dep said we coukd!?!
I do get a little annoyed when people do things that don't work with the actual Warriors universe but I don't say anything.
But it's annoying when people have weird names that Warriors wouldn't have it when they are like "I'm half wolf" or whatever.

1:16 this has happened to me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many times!! You CAN be a warrior AND be BLIND at the same time!
I've only had pretty good roleplay sessions, usually there were 2 big clans and the rest were kinda dead (that's why I have a discord and very desperate to getting a good roleplaying session, if you wanna join ask, sorry for the advertisement-) but honestly they were pretty awesome. The first one, the main plot was that there was a rogue in windclan watching over it. Then a cat found the rogue and thought it was a rock. The cat later died and the new leader had told the rogue he had died. The second roleplay was a great leader chose deputy and med, but after a while got attacked by his own deputy because the deputy was a fox. The fox went rogue, literally and figuratively- after the fox did that, it ran away. The leader's wounds got infected and he couldn't have been saved, so he told his best friend (not deputy) that he could be the next deputy and later leader. As he stared upon the rest of the clan he said, "guide them." And fell. He came back visiting from starclan but he found it empty, because a two legged shot them all. (Fr) it was such an epic roleplay

Definitely the literate one XD I came from text rps that gave a lot more room for writing (and many years of text rp) so it's actually a little tricky to bring it down to 1-2 submissions when its something like a hunting rp :c (also good lord do I want to shake something when I see a combat rp that just says: "*bites*" LOL)

Seriously, every roleplay/server has at least one of these people. It's freaking annoying sometimes, lol. There's always kits, too, and they're usually the worst. Nobody will EVER volunteer to die unless they have to leave, and the leader somehow never loses lives.

I just have to say, experienced role players don't allways do that. But there are some who pick the one who looks like they have robux.

On the true side they are so irritating and it hurts so bad bc i was once one, not as bad as in the vid, i just quite picky about what it states in the warrior code it gives us. Like: Medicine cats cannot have kits. I was, and still am a bit picky about that. But i slightly despise of that peice of the code, bc it makes 0 sense. Well, very little. I guess for the its part, they would stop her from being able to do medicine duties. But for the mate part, i dissagree fully.
And another thing, Toms don't have the kits? Not to mention, Just because ONE medicine cat couldn't handle kits, Doesn't mean that no one else can

It is such a simple role in WC:UE. Leader or deputy I can understand, but not med cat. It's pretty much just make sure the herbs stay stocked, ask someone what's wrong if they come in needing treatment, administer the required treatment, and maybe do a check-in on them once and a while if it's something like a broken leg. Optionally, you can do forbidden romance with pretty much anyone due to your role, as I at some point want to do with Frecklefur (my main med cat OC, who is biromantic asexual).
But yeah, apparently that's not good enough for people.
i have a blind oc named whsipering light and she found a way to be a warrior. and i have a deaf oc name Cloud claw and he found out how to understand what cats are talking and he soon became a very good warrior. a disability is a ability.
It isn't about whether the disability causes inconvenience or not, because it does. The important thing is how the character overcomes it.
Also if you don't mind me asking, how did your oc's become warriors? I'm curious lol.
@@JustLilyTbh Alright Whsipering light used her other sense like touch, smell and hearing. and she could feel the vibrations of prey or the paws of cats walking. she was a app for a long time though but she works really hard. Cloud claw learned how to lip read as well as know what cats might be saying by body langange he also can feel vibrations, see, and smell same like whsipering light he was a app for longer then normal apps and worked hard to get where he is now. They both also had very good mentors who took the time to train them.
For the Canon police one, some of it is valid and some is absolutely not. The blind thing and the collar thing is just stupid, I'm pretty sure some characters in the actual canon books were disabled and warriors? But for some things, it just depends on if it's a strictly realistic rp or if it's an open-to-anything rp. If a rp says it's strictly realistic, then you can't be med and have kits, and you can't do pretty much anything that wouldn't happen in the books. My opinion on this is mixed, some strictly realistic rps are completely fine, and are fun to rp in, but some are a little *too* strict, and ruin the fun for everybody.
I think that the "police" And "exp" (The last one) are pretty useful. I mean, who wants a med, who can't do anything?

I'm 100% a Canon police. I love being accurate to stories! Except when I'm feeling a little silly and create a whole entire other 4 set of clans. (I am nicer about it though)

I don’t rp on warrior cats but I do on another game. And I must say on that game when people say, “yO7 gOtTa AudIT1On” it makes me want to screech. One time they had like 35 players wanting to rp. AND ONLY 3 OF THEM GOT IN. In the end they didn’t even have close to enough for the rp but refused to let in anyone else.
I will say i only say you can’t be a warrior if you’re kit sized or even app sized
I’m literally the canon police, sometimes I get upset when something is slightly off, that’s why it takes me so long to get an experienced rip going

Y’know that TikTok with the people telling that one white cat who was mute things like the one vid they said what things said to their oc? One of them said “you have to be med” or “you have to be an elder” but how would they be a Med if they can’t speak to people? How would they be a LIVING CAT, HOW WOULD THEY BECOME AN ELDER, WITHOUT ACTUALLY BEING YOUNGER FIRST? Thank you for your time.
A cat doesn't need to be young if they're disabled/sick and need to retire to the elders den.

Those are only good for exp rps in privite servers...
I think with more demanding roles like leader or med, auditions are fine. It's hard to properly rp if the med or lead can't handle being swarmed, or if they aren't sure what they're doing.
That being said, I don't think major roles should be restricted to exp players. Perhaps hosting a smaller rp where a newer player is leader or med could help them learn how the role works. Walk them through it if they need any help. NEVER exclude new roleplayers. They'll never learn how to rp that way. Answer their questions and show them how everything works.

Tbh i get slightly angry when I've played medicine cat like 99999 million times, and my friends know that- and then they give the role to a cat who
1. doesnt even know what Marigold does
2. Has kits

Lol the rp police once got me.. so a person joined my server when i was leader, they kept saying things like "oh this rp is cringe" "no one is experienced" and even saying the person i chose as deputy is not even the deputy because they dont have a prefix or a suffix in their name, i told them i chose them as deputy but they just ranted about pReFix SuFfIx blah blah blah... so i just go into my den and theyre like "have you even read any of the books?" (By that time i was on book six series 1, not yet have read the whole book) and they just left the server after i said i did. Weird thing is, is that they acted so smart acting like they read all the books there are.. and even if they did they would know that theres a shadowclan cat named boulder who became a warrior even though he doesn't have a prefix or a suffix... so uh, i wonder how many books they read
I really do hate some exp. players. The fact that they say "Oh! you have to do that and that. and also, they just ignore you. kinda annoying.

i played this since it first came out and have seen good and bad roleplays
I kinda hate canon players cuz one day i was a cat named "Fox'fur"and it was a cat that It was similar to a fox and the player tells me "FOXES CAN'T BE WARRIORS"
One time an apprentice tried to ask the leader if he could mentor a younger apprentice(prob his friend) but I had to be canon police there......an apprentice mentoring an apprentice........

I'm a mix of Literate and Canon Police lol
I don't play wcue anymore since I sort of grew out of my warriors phase and I almost never played without friends because no one was playing seriously and they all had their own rps so it got a bit boring and also I was too afraid to actually interact since those experienced rpers and dictionaries scarred me for making 1 mistake but now that I officially don't care anymore I think I'm gonna play once more to end it off and actually try to have fun
Not gonna lie, im the canon police whenever a kit or some non cat player gets on the rock and tries to call a clan meeting 😅😅
But whenever its like someone with the suffix paw, kit, star etc and arent the role for that, i nicely explain that the suffix they are using isnt for their role
May I add that some people think that leaders can't go on patrol? They're sort of like the Canon Police, but... not canon.
