Transferring ALL My MONSTER Fish into 7,200g POND!

- In today's video, I build a 7,200g pond in my backyard to put my MONSTER pet aquarium fish into! My big redtail catfish and other predatory fish have outgrown their pond, so we set up this HUGE pool pond for them to live out the rest of their lives... After the pond and filtration was complete we had to go netting to catch out the fish to transfer them over! We caught giant ripsaw catfish, tiger shovel nose catfish, redtail catfish, oscars, AND MORE which we put into the new 7200g pond! I can't wait to stock this pond with TONS of massive fish in the future, leave a LIKE if you are excited too!

FYI a catfish won’t get stuck and die like that, they will wedge themselves if they are dying. So something made it sick or attacked it in a deadly way. With open ponds like that, often a predatory bird like a crane will try to eat it and stab them with very slim sharp beaks only to realize they can’t pick them up because the fish is too large. If this is so… it will be back! Put some sort of netting over the pools. Good luck and God bless you and yours.
RIP to the redtail that passed. Glad to see that you're learning from it and making improvements to ensure that the rest of your fish will be happy and safe though. I'm sure they'll love their new home!

Bobby trust me I doubt that the cat being behind there got it stuck, I used to find with my clown loaches if one was about to die it would ram itself behind a filter or behind a piece of pipe somehow and I’d be thinking how the hell did it get there

There's always the possibility that fish didn't die because of that corner, but just floated over there already dead and got stuck

You need to build a large pond with a viewing window. We have them here in uk and call them koi ponds.

I submit the name 'Lemonhead". lol: The Redtails are monsters; better go trap some food for them to grow even bigger. RIP to the one that passed. We do our best for our pets, learn as we go, grieve when they pass, & become better owners.

RIP to the loss of your red tailed catfish. Can't wait to see how big all the others will get in the bigger pond, and how big the oscars and gurammies (sorry I spelled that wrong) will get too. 2 questions though: when will you guys all be getting together to make a big video about setting traps at the abandoned ponds... I hope you all bring a ton of traps and try to rescue as many fish as you can before you end up going back and finding out that they filled them all in. 2nd question: Do you think you will look for another mud puppy/axolotl to replace the one you lost? Those are adorable!! Love your videos! Keep up the good work! Oh, and would love to see weekly dumpster diving for thrown away fish and other pets!! hey! i have a question that i really want an answer to. do you think red-tail catfish reside in louisiana? ik louisiana is a big catfish state and the climate/environment of florida and louisiana are the same. i admire these fish and i wonder all the time if red-tails can be caught here. i plan on starting my own pond with predatory fish aswell. its ok if u dont know the answer, i just wanted a suggestion. ive looked online and i dont ever get a for sure answer. and i dont wanna spend $100 plus on catfish when they are available to catch in my area. thats why i want an answer so badly. btw love what u do man!!! and sorry for the red tail death :/

Love it! Hate to be a mood killer but I'd add more Filtration on the oscar pond...
You should put a big pot in the middle, with holes on the bottom( maybe on top of the cave with) and plants like elephant ear. It will help with filtration and make the fish feel safe

You should add some of those pothos vines to the new bigger tank. They’ll help with water quality and will help make the pond look more natural.
