Lehner isn't going to look for a 1 year deal. He more than likely takes a deal with a middling team that will overpay. He's probably going to get 7-9 mill per for 5 years

This was a hard fought series despite being over in 5. Hawks were projected to miss the post season altogether and managed to knocked out the Oilers and fight hard against what many consider to be the best in the west. Should be proud of that IMO.
Crow stood on his head. Period 1 of game 5 should have been 5-2 Vegas by my count.

They played tough though. They may have lost in 5, but if a couple bounces go differently, it's a 4-1 Blackhawks series win.

You know, it's really heartwarming yet upsetting to see the Hawks shake hands with the Knights after their playoff series loss, but it's great to see absolutely amazing performance in the playoffs for the Hawks since 2015. I'm looking forward to seeing the Hawks get a fresh start to improve in the next season. Go Hawks!

Well, disappointing for the Hawks, but kudos to a team that barely squeaked into the playoffs and beat Edmonton, one of the favourites for the cup. I'm pretty confident that the West Conference final will be Vegas vs Colorado. This may sound weird coming from a Flames' fan, but I hope Colorado will win the cup this year!-that is, if the Flames are eliminated (which I'm sure will happen either game 6 or 7).
Blackhawks’ fan here: I am cheering for Robin Lehner to win the Stanley Cup and the Conn Smythe Trophy. Stan Bowman should have never traded him. I am very pleased, however, with Corey Crawford’s performance in goal.

@@mcho3121 Hello. I appreciate your comment about "making sense". Maybe as a Hawks fan I was more attentive to the talk during the qualification round and playoffs about him unable to practice due to CVOD 19 and not landing at training camp until the final day.
Lehner has dealt with mental health and alcohol issues. It wasn't really directly spoken about, yet there were several references to what he has overcome and continues to manage to land as a starter (as this time) with Vegas.
Two very solid goalies in my mind.
