Here in the Philippines drinking coconut juice is a big help for those people who have
Gallbladder problems cause by eating too much salty foods.
Coconut in the Philippines is so good because the soil is volcanic soil that is really good for coconut that us why they taste differently nit only coconuf but other tropical fruits too.
Beautiful Family❤❤❤
Watching from west Las vegas 👍
❤❤❤luv u always guys..God bless ur family
Silver botton is waving....... congrats in advance
The young coconuts differ depending on their "age". The one you had is younger than buko, in my place it's called 'malauhog' coz the coconut meat feels like snot😅 but that is my fave, very sweet. Buko has solid meat that is used for buko salad. Also, liempo is a cut of meat, pork belly. The one you had is deep-fried liempo 😊
Love watching your adventures. It's always good vibes on this channel. Keep it up!
Cripsy Pata - deep fried pig trotter and knuckles - Liempo - grilled pork belly or pork chop - Lechon Kawali: Pork belly squares, fried to crispy perfection
Ohwww thats make me hungry, while watching ur videos and im cooking chicken adobo right now😊😊😊

Whenever you eat pancit always sprinkled it with a couple of calamansi.
Coconut water is good for the health. Can you use as medicine if you has a U. T. I and kidney problem.
Marinate the meat with soy sauce, vinegars, salt and pepper and calamnsi
Wow! Its Liempo po. Got craving in the foods but I got distructed in your armpit.
pancit is of Chinese influence while Liempo and lechon is of Spanish influence so yeah Philippine cuisine is like a melting pot of flavors .
You can cook Crispy Liempo at Korea....get some Pork Jocks then deep fried it with the seasoning we do here
Why don't try yellow coconut too!it's same as green coconut..if you want really cool coconut juice you must peel off its husk to lessen it's weigh before putting it on ref to avoid unnecessary breaking troubles..😅
Since you are in Iloilo you can ask around and try Ilonggos pancit, its called pancit efuven.
I have a Coconut Recipe for you to try.
2 Coconut water and the meat (botong)
+ 1 powder milk any brand
4 Purple Star Apple or 5 Green Star Apple
Enjoy Lamaw maka patol ^^
That coconut is what we called malauhog or snotty, its commonly used in buko salad, there is a coconut meat that roughly hard but not that hard is called malakanin,it commonly use in palamig

Coconut water is good for your kidneys
crispy pata is a whole pig leg deep fried
liempo is grilled fried pork ribs/ pork belly
Pork is boiled first then dried and fried 2x to be crunchy!
The Mom will really be a good mukbang blogger, I feel so hungry seeing her eating 🤣
Hi,That is young coconut or "buko" in Tagalog. Try scraping the coconut meat from its shell. transfer it into a pitcher together with its juice, add condensed milk to your desired sweetness, mix well then refrigerate & enjoy.....!!!
Liempo is pork belly - it is commonly grilled or fried so you will see grilled liempo or fried liempo. Pata is pork trotters, 'jokbal ' in Korean but crispy 😂
kailangan ng kalamansi at sinamak
Watching here from Philippines 🇵🇭
Thank you for watching our video 💓💓💓

Sweet Pretty Lynn 😊
Very nice 😂
The sweetness of coconut water depends on every place and species. The sweetest coconut I've ever drunk was in Bukidnon in Mindanao. The sweetness if it was incomparable!😋😋😋
That might be bam-ee the pancit
Pancit looks good! 🙏🏼🙏🏼, for pork limpo we pronounce it "liempo" - li-yem-po
liempo is better if you dip it in mang tomas sauce, its available in groceries or dip it in soy sauce with vinegar and crushed garlic, minced onions, ground pepper with chili. yum!

👍👍👍💖💖💖
Yes pancit canton, lechon kawali (liempo) and lumpiang shanghai is traditional celebration food in the Philippines. So normally we share it with neighbors or invite them over. Maybe owner is celebrating a birthday or anniversary.
Btw, liempo is the cut/part of pork which is the belly part or the ribs. That liempo is cooked as lechon kawali (deep fried in a wok or pan)
Thank you for letting me know 💜💜💜
Love this! ❤❤❤
Try the Golden coconuts they are also good.
Thank you for your supporting 💕💕💕

The purest and cleanest water you can find in this planet is from coconut water. It is a low-calorie, low-fat source of carbohydrates, electrolytes, and vitamin C.
Coconut water is an excellent source of vitamin C, with 24mg per one-cup serving. That's 32% of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for women and 27% for men, based on a 2,000-calorie-per-day diet.2 Coconut water also contains the B vitamin thiamin (about 8% of RDA).
Minerals in coconut water include potassium (404mg or 16% of adequate intake for women and 12% for men),3 manganese (0.5mg or 28% of adequate intake for women and 22% for men). The drink also provides smaller amounts of magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, and copper.
So just enjoy drinking coconut water everyday while you are here in the Philippines. The Philippines has unlimited supply of it. Anyway always stay safe and enjoy your stay here in our land.
Wons mom looks palatable when eating why not try Mukbang again with another dish like adobo or letson manok
Oh! That's good!! I will be trying soon💜💜💜
