The girl called small egg plant, it's an egg plant family. I believe they have a different name for that. I am amazed that you guys are not afraid to try different food. She eats banana flower. They slice banana flower just for that noodles. Just so you know some flowers are part of Cambodian diet. You can eat banana trunk too.

Those are traditional eggplants, which resembles an actual egg as the name implies. The big purple ones we’re familiar with today have been genetically modified through selective breeding. Similarly, seedless and small watermelons which we’re so used to now, but traditional watermelon are seeded and large.
Also, those large ice blocks aren’t used for consumption. They’re to keep things cool I believe.
